Before another lock down
Yes, I recommend this property.
Lucky to fit in a few days at CP before Melbourne went into another lock down. It ws so good to have a different view from the four walls we have looked at for almost 18 months now.
It was great on arrival when we saw dozens of people in the lobby. It has been awhile since any hotel has had such a buzz. Many thanks to all the staff that try to make our stay an enjoyable one. People like Owen and Cindy, but then I should also thank all the others whose names we do not know.

Wow so different
Yes, I recommend this property.
Great result from refurbishement, it is now a real 4.5 star hotel. The staff are first class and the rooms great. It is really good to be able to lower the room temperature for sleep. We have been staying here for 20-25 years and it has changed so much for the better.

The hotel also has an on-site mini gym, and a running station at reception, where you will find water, fresh fruit, towels and maps. Yes, I recommend this property.
We stay in many Crowne Plaza hotels around the world and others with a club lounge, but the club lounge at this hotel was like sitting in a low class pub. The shouting across the room and the amount of liquor being consumed was disgusting. We rather thought the British had more class. We suggest to management that a member of staff should be on duty during happy hour. Everything else at the hotel during our stay in October was good and the staff very helpful.

Best Location
Yes, I recommend this property.
This hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre on the banks of the Avon. We were well looked after by the staff, mainly Kavita, Jitka, Fraser, Luka and Mick. Our only issue with regards to sleep ws the temperature in the room. We like it under 20c for a good rest. This was our second stay here and will return if in the area.

Holiday Inn® Lancaster hotel is just off the M6, with easy access to the Lake District. The shops and attractions of Lancaster are a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, leave the car in the hotel's free car park and catch a bus to the town centre from the stop outside the hotel. Lancaster Station is served by direct trains to Manchester. Blackpool Airport (BLK) is 40 minutes' drive from the hotel.
The hotel is just 20 minutes' drive from the scenic Lake District National Park. A 10-minute drive from the hotel, the 12th-century Lancaster Castle is surrounded by parkland. Nearby, the riverside Lancaster Maritime Museum occupies a former warehouse. Morecambe Bay, 20 minutes' drive from the hotel, offers coastal walks and seafront cafés. Lancaster University is easily accessible and only a 15 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Holiday Inn Express Middlesbrough – Centre Square
The hotel benefits from a central location. Part of the Cleveland Shopping Centre, the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Nearby attractions include Middlesbrough Football Club, MIMA (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art), just opposite the hotel, Middlesbrough Town Hall with its eclectic programme of events, plus cinemas and parks. The train station, with direct links to York and Newcastle, is a 10-minute walk away.
There is inclusive WiFi throughout and two meeting rooms with digital projectors and can accommodate up to 40 people. Light buffet lunches can be arranged.
Leisure visitors – families and weekend breakers – enjoy the hotel's central location. Albert Park is a 15-minute walk away. You can admire its manicured lawns or enjoy its numerous amenities. Newham Grange Country Farm, a 15-minute drive south, is popular with young children.

Central Location
Yes, I recommend this property.
Have stayed at this hotel several times it is conveniently located in the centre of Middlesbrough. Thanks to Damien and his team for another good stay. Only down side is like many hotels they do not supply bar soap. The soap dispensers are not suitable for those suffering with arthritis. Please think of us and have a small supply of soap on hand for the disabled to give out on request..
