We stay at this hotel each time we have an early flight as it is only 5 minutes walk to the terminals. The staff are great and the rooms comfortable. There is also a shuttle to the terminal for those with lots of luggage or do not wish to walk. This stay however we found that the airport has closed off the walk way from the hotel making it very dangerous to cross the road. Maybe the management could ask the airport people to open up the safe route from the hotel once again. If we are sitting on an aircraft for 15 hours plus we DO need to walk to the terminal.

We used to stay at this hotel several times a month when my husband was working in the city. The need now is not as regular and it was with great disappointment we found that ALL bath tubs have been removed. Everything else at the hotel was great and would recommend it if you are not into baths. The location is great and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

This hotel located in the old French concession of Shanghai was so full of old world charm and history. The location was also great, 35 minute walk would get you to the Bund or a very reasonably priced taxi ride will get you there in a few minutes. This was my 3rd visit to Shanghai and I have found the hotel of my dreams. I would recommend this hotel.
