Yes, I recommend this property.
First time stay at this hotel and in Saranac Lake. The hotel is in a great location and within an easy walk to downtown. We stayed here to watch the Bobsledding in Lake Placid and found the drive to be reasonable and a good alternative to staying in Lake Placid. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and lobby bar staff were all friendly and accommodating.

An unexpected early arrival was accommodated by an invitation to get a coffee in the hotel, a table was set up in the garden, and a personal visit to inform us when the room was ready. Very well done! Also the manager offered several excellent recommendations for local sights and activities.

Yes, I recommend this property.
This property is right on the water and easy to get to with a car as on site parking is included. The interior is clean and updated while the exterior is a little older. Rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent. The staff worked hard to meet expectations.
