Overall it's a good bargain for it's value but services and WoW factor they must copy Holiday Inn Penang. I'm offered upfront if they upsize my current booking and not wait for me or matter fact any customer to ask first.
I experience free upgrade without me asking and that is what customer experience all about.

This was my first stay at holiday Inn kochi. As our taxi drove in to the hotel we thought it would be a small hotel but as we checked in we realised how big and wonderful the hotel was. Only when I came out in evening did I realize how big it was. The more I stayed the more I liked the hotel.

The only IHG hotel in Deira, Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is just 300m from Reef shopping mall. Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) are less than 8km away. Dubai metro stations are within a 7-minute walk.

Holiday Inn Express Umhlanga did not disappoint. From the moment we entered, staff offered the best smiles and great service. The rooms were too our expectation, with a fresh modern look. Ideally located and with a great view of the ocean, this made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a good selection.

L'hotel è situato sul mare in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Oltre all'ampia spiaggia e alle piscine è possibile passeggiare nell'ampio e ombreggiato parco che circonda la struttura. Le camere sono ben isolate acusticamente e favoriscono il riposo. Si tratta sicuramente di una struttura di qualità, ben organizzata.

It is the first time my parents, daughter, wife, and I spent whole Chinese New Year Eve and the First Day of New Year in Kobe. I booked Executive Room for conveniently using Lounge service. Surprised, we were rejected to enter Lounge room because my daughter was just 5 old, and we were told we could go back after 7pm. We went back after dinner just around 7pm, there were only coffee, water, and juice left, we all were so disappointed and had no interest to stay in Lounge any more.
We saw another couple with a boy who looked at similar age as my daughter already in the Lounge. I had no idea how they could enter the Lounge before 7pm. Maybe my family was a little bit big...
Anyway, I knew my parents, wife and daughter were a little frustrated that evening. Hope there was a way for a family with kid also could enjoy Lounge service...
We saw another couple with a boy who looked at similar age as my daughter already in the Lounge. I had no idea how they could enter the Lounge before 7pm. Maybe my family was a little bit big...
Anyway, I knew my parents, wife and daughter were a little frustrated that evening. Hope there was a way for a family with kid also could enjoy Lounge service...
