Parramatta: Modern Convenience wrapped up in Heritage Beauty
Parramatta has rich history, with culturally diverse precincts and word-class facilities, making it a prime destination for hosting business events. Home to the traditional Dharug people and their meeting place for more than 60,000 years, Parramatta knows how to bring people together and has a slew of excellent transport links. Why not visit Old Government House, Elizabeth Farm, or The Experiment Cottage to learn more about early Parramatta? Soak in colonial history by walking the Harris Park Heritage Walk, and a short walk from the hotel, you will find a wide range of culinary and dining experiences in Harris Park and at the iconic Eat Street in Parramatta. Visit the Riverside Theatre for those seeking some cultural experience or shop 'til you drop at Westfield Parramatta. Compliments to the staff member who ensured the breakfast buffet was always replenished. He was always courteous, efficient and unobtrusive. The other staff were also attentive and cleared tables promptly, and re-arranged tables quietly and efficiently so that our group could share a larger table.

A haven in the city, this Nairobi hotel is ideally located for business, next to the Parliament building,walking distance to Kenyatta International Convention Centre and the government hub.This hotel is the ideal choice for discerning business travellers boasting an award winning Indian restaurant - Bhandini, a dine by the pool restaurant, coffee shop and bars.Explore attractions close to our hotel whether it is handmade African artifacts at Maasai market or the beautiful Nairobi National Park.

Great hotel and the executive lounge staff is great. Only areas for room for improvement are the gym and TV channel selection.

Perfectly located for business travelers with easy access to the city’s main attractions, InterContinental Al Khobar offers a balanced style of modern sophistication and a true Arabic hospitality experience. Enjoy a luxurious themed buffet at Twist Restaurant or relax with a coffee at T-Square. I travel a lot for business and leisure and have stayed at about 50% of the 5* hotels in KSA and have also stayed at all 5* in the eastern province and would love to say that this property is the best in terms of friendly staff and quality service and food.
Suggestion:
- Have another building to include extra facilities like: kids club, bigger men Spa, women Spa and Salon.
- Improve the local promotion for IHG/Ambassador members.
We will always be back because of the staff and the quality service.

Always enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean, well priced and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. More effort needs to be put towards food and beverage including improving service in the restaurant at dinner. The addition of"guest of the day" was welcomed and a very nice touch.

A great IHG hotel in center or Pune. Fantastic service oriented team...

Starting from front office to the breakfast / cafeteria team, room service and the team at sky lounge, experience has been fantastic and shows the complete service attitude of the teams. They are always eager to help, never frustrated with customers issues and puts customer needs first. I have countless instances to provide great feed back on this hotel. I remember most of the teams by names partly because I am a frequent traveller and stay at this hotel quite often, but also for the fact that each of the team members make themselves remembered for their excellent service attitude.
Not to ignore the others and to dis-regard the service they are putting to make this a great IHG experience, I would like to personally thank the following. These people have personally taken care to ensure my stays for last 3-4 months has been beyond expectations. They go over and beyond their call of duty to delight and make customers feel at home.

Our parramatta stay

We had a fabulous get away on the weekend .Even prior to our visit , I received a friendly courtesy call asking if there were any special requests that they could meet for us .
From the time we got there to the time we left we were extremely happy with the facilities and the service. We were lucky enough to receive ' guest of the day' which made it even more special. Free wifi , free movies and complimentary drinks !! What's not to love . This place is great value for money andi it's super close to city centre . I happily would recommend holiday inn to any of my friends and family.

Our 5 night holiday to relax was a complete success due to the wonderful features of this resort, friendly staff comfortable and clean suite. A fantastic adults only pool to sit around. and a great range of restaurants to choose from to satisfy everyone's needs. And the views from our balcony looking out to sea were absolutely stunning, a very easy way to relax
