The hotel is good, though the staff can be more perked up in the service levels. Uncomfortable pillows and not so comfortable mattress. Food quality is great though.

breakfast very disappointing, fresh fruit choice was limited and not even replenished whilst I waited a good amount of time. Dinner service was not much better.

I've stayed here frequently in the past year. Ideal location for CBD. Front desk staff very friendly, polite, helpfull and infomative. First impressions count and they always tick all the boxes. Rooms quiet, comfy after a long haul flight. Great breakfast. No complaints at all. Customer service excellent.

Our hotel is located 20 minutes by taxi from Dubai International Airport. Port Rashid Docks is just three km from the World Trade Centre and minutes wait with our complimentary shuttle bus from Jumeirah Beach.
While staying with us, do not miss out on visiting the recently opened Museum of the Future. Kick-start your day with a free buffet breakfast at the vibrant Great Room and stay connected with complimentary wireless internet in our lobby or in-room internet.

Room is in good size
Great locations, with few minutes walk to several shops, restaurants and hardly 15mins drive to World Trade centre exhibition.

Bathroom drainage can be heard, which means waste pipes used during construction was not of the "silent" type, so you could hear the water running !!!! Not good for a light sleeper
