Very good hotel, close to the airport, food was excellent, and good quality staff friendly and helpful and stored our luggage till our return to Delhi, a bonus as far as we were concerned , rooms comfortable and quiet .

あいにく天候が悪く観光はできなかったが、その分のんびりとホテルライフを楽しめました。掃除の時間を指定できたのは良かったです。温水プールの水深が90㎝と浅かったのは残念。フィットネスジムのマシンは使い勝手の良い物が揃っていました。無料レンタルシューズの履き心地は満足です。

We didn't expect it to be such a good experience at this property.
This is my first time using holiday inn express and traveling to Phuket. Everyday here was relaxing and comfortable thanks to the kindness and help of the staff.
I like the lobby so much.

モノレールの駅から徒歩3分、繁華街まで徒歩5分、コンビニが隣にあり、非常に便利なロケーション。エレベーター前にはガードマンが配置され、安心して滞在できるように思われる。部屋は清潔で、寝るためには十分な環境を提供される。朝食は、品数が少なく、地元の料理の提供はされていない。西洋風のものに、若干のアジア風のものがあるといった感じ。中途半端なメニュー。コーヒーマシンには中国語表記しか見えず、理解ができなかった。チェックアウトの際、フロントには1人しかおらず、1人のクレーム対応に時間がかかり、ずいぶんと待たされた。朝10時過ぎという時間帯なので、チェックアウト、観光情報を求める宿泊客も多い時間と思われる。適正な人員配置が課題か？

Da circa sei anni mi reco all'Holliday Inn Express per soggiorni medi di 25/30 giorni.Mi piace la posizione,la reception aperta ,il ricevimento sempre gentile del personale.Mi piace la piscina e la palestra. la colazione e' buona e finalmente da questo anno c'era un addetto per fare l'omlette al momento.peccato non usufruire del caffe espresso(io sono italiana). Unico neo che devo segnalare e' il prezzo che e' parecchio piu' alto dell'anno precedente. da quakche anno sta crescendo sempre piu e questo anno mi e' davvero parso eccessivo..la concorrenza e' forte ed io come i miei amici nella stessa struttura cominciamo a risentirne ed e' probabile che l'anno prossimo ci vedremo costretti a fare meno giorni nel vostro hotel.
