Book a modern ANA Holiday Inn Sendai and enjoy sophisticated business-centric rooms and city center location. The 12-story ANA Holiday Inn Sendai blends into the skyscrapers of downtown Sendai. From Sendai Airport, take the Sendai Airport Access Line to reach Sendai Station in about 20 minutes by high-speed connection, and about 6 minutes on foot to reach ANA Holiday Inn Sendai. Working in a spacious business room with free high-speed Internet and an ergonomic desk chair is comfortable. Climb Aobayama, 2.5 km from the hotel, for a panoramic view of Sendai City. 駅から少し離れていて、回りはビルで景観は楽しめませんが、部屋は広く静かでゆっくり休めました。朝食が6:00からとれるとありがたいです。

Elegant hotel

I liked our stay at this hotel the service was great, friendly staff and wonderful location. If only they can make the lighting in the room and bathroom a bit stronger .. otherwise everything was up to our expectations with nice Lebanese hospitality.

One major concern : Hotel Taxi drivers ( no meters , over , over priced )
Whenever you stand infront of the hotel , more than taxi drivers call you for a ride which is very annoying .

Way Overrated 5 stars hotel

Rooms are overrated, customer service is very poor, staff are rude and reckless, my room was horribly smelly, they offered me an air purifier machine or a downgrade! later they asked me to change the room after midnight! Waiters at the breakfast were rude, chit chatting with each other, you need to interrupt them to answer you and forget about getting your request without reminding them at least 3 times!

Amazing Hotel and resort but very bad staff

Amazing Hotel and resort with all its nice pools, access to beach, and great lobby. But the staff is not professional and with poor training.
The place is great but the service is bad.
