It was overall good experience, As mentioned improvement are always there. I recommend watches to be place in room for time and set up alarm in case phones are not working. Please implement if can. Will appreciate.

This is a great location for foot adventures in and around Sydney. The room was clean and neat, the bathroom sparkled but it was tiny. It is within easy distance of restaurants, the Opera House, the bridge, Circular Quay, etc. Great views from the rooftop pool deck.

Great stay

The Holiday Inn Old Sydney is located in a great part of the city. We could see the Opera House and the bridge from the hotel and it was a short walk to get to shops, ferries etc. We arrived very early in the morning and the reception staff were very helpful and stored our luggage until our room was ready. The breakfast was excellent. A wonderful choice. The beds in our room were very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate, although the shower head definitely needed replacing. I would be more than happy to stay here again. Very good value for money.
