Mold present but good overall

The hotel in general was clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was difficult regulating the temperature but basically comfortable. There was mold in the shower that disgusted me and hair in between the sheets.

The staff in Toledo, OH are the most accommodating, friendly I could have asked for! Breakfast was pretty good too. The hotel was under renovation when I was staying there and I'd still rate it 5/5!

Stay in a 4 star hotel in Puebla México near downtown, our privileged location with easy access to Industrial Parks like 5 de Mayo, Puebla 2000, CHACHAPA, FINSA, Audi & Volkswagen plant will be useful if you are traveling on business. We are also a hotel near the Stadium. High-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary parking are available.
The Fitness Center and Business Center will be available for you 24 hours a day, we also have an indoor heated pool to make your stay completely pleasant. In addition, you can relax in the morning and enjoy the free breakfast. If you are traveling with the whole family including your pet, don't worry, we are a pet-friendly hotel.

By far the best Breakfast buffet at any hotel. They thought of everything, even gluten free muffins. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. They had all the amenities.
