Noisy

This was a very cheaply built hotel. We could very clearly hear our neighbors at 1:00am. The lack of carpet allows sounds to travel easily between rooms. The toiletries were very cheap big bottles that you share between guests and the toilet paper was extremely cheap single ply. Tiny rooms that made 2 people sharing the 1 room feel very closer phobic.

Terrible Experience! Besides new guy at front desk

-called prior to booking to guarantee I could check in early
-called several times in route to ATL
-called 30 minutes away just to be told it would be hours before my room was available
-arrived at said time, the room was not done
-the housekeeping MANAGER had such an attitude
-waited an additional 45 minutes for a room
-ONLY helpful worker was the new guy at the front desk
-got to room just for the bed to be covered in makeup.
-asked for a new bed set
-HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER came to switch the sheets and implied that I put the makeup on the bed because she “changed the sheets herself” and originally only offered to switch the sheet that had makeup. Until I complained because I literally had just got in the room and I did not have on ANY makeup.

Great New Hotel

This was our first visit to Oklahoma city. The hotel was vert close to everything. We have several places to eat within walking distance. The hotel itself was very nice, it was newly built so some of that was expected.
Overall I would stay there again without question. The price was right on dot for the value of the hotel.

Small Rooms and lousy breakfast

King size room, felt like a sardine room so small. Bed and barely room to walk around it. Breakfest is nuts and berry's. No hot food at all. Cold ceral and milk. Lemonaide didn't even work.

Comfortable, clean and appealing to the eye

The bed was nice and the room and hotel was clean. Very limited breakfast options and no premium channels listed on the TV guide. Also only an outdoor pool and it was winter.

A real gem

Avid got it right. Naturally being a new hotel everything is clean and fresh. It’s modern look and friendly staff invite you right in. When you get to your room an interactive TV awaits you, not to mention a vast variety of Chanel’s. It is also close to restaurants. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay.
