Holiday Inn Express and Suites Red Bluff Our hotel is the newest modern hotel in the Mount Shasta region. Our beautiful 100% nonsmoking hotel is conveniently located off I-5 and within minutes of natural attractions, downtown, popular points of interest as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. Experience luxurious accommodations and a plethora of amenities such as a complimentary hot breakfast buffet featuring fresh pancakes and many morning favorites, indoor pool, whirlpool, business center, fitness area, wired and wireless high-speed internet access. Located in beautiful Northern California and nestled at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains , we are centrally located between Redding, Sacramento, Chico, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Lake Tahoe, Reno, Redwood National Park and the Shasta National Forest . Our location places give you a short distance from popular area casinos such as Win-River and Rolling Hills Casino . Outdoor enthusiast will appreciate the Sacramento River as well as the abundance of recreational activities that are available, such as skiing, hiking, boating, salmon fishing, camping and biking. Remodel happening

The hotel was doing a remodel. My room had a strong chemical smell and it was extremely strong in the bathroom. I was too exhausted to get another room. The bathroom also had some body wash that had dripped on the counter.

Mediocre Breakfast and Exorbitant fees.

Comfortable room, but I had issues with other items. I paid in advance for the breakfast buffet but was disappointed with the mediocre selections. I've had much better free breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express.
Added charges include a Service fee of $28 per night which includes parking, in-room safe, and unlimited local and 800 calls. All things that are included in the price in nearly all hotels.

A Great Hotel for Business or Pleasure in Sunny Los Angeles, CA.

Horrible communication

The staff did not communicate effectively on a lot of things. This was probably the worst IHG stay I have ever had especially as elite member. I felt like I received the runaround and miscommunication about late check outs, breakfasts and the restaurant. Power cutout on us on Saturday which was not supposed to be a renovation day which the hotel desperately needs. Just overall would not stay at this location again.

Old and dated Holiday Inn

Was initially drawn in by the price and location of the hotel, but it is quite old and showing age. The room was comfortable but worn and tired. The bathroom was also quite dated. The buffet breakfast was ok at best, food wasn't hot and not of the best quality.
The pool area was quite small for the size of the hotel but was nice and clean. Plenty of parking available and nice that it has Disney shuttle.
I did appreciate the early check in for my status and the friendliness of the staff.

We are truly enjoying ourselves here at the pool and would like to thank the staff for their continued courtesy, professionalism and maintaining a very nice & comfortable resort. My experience while staying at the resort has always been pleasurable due to the customer service i have received and the quality of the rooms, In today's world, people are so quick to complain about the most minute things that aren't worth mentioning instead of complimenting and giving credit where credit is due. Good customer service should be
recognized. It's a great affordable business/family-oriented resort which I will continue to recommend to family and friends. The resort is safe, very clean with an in-house restaurant, "free parking" hot tub, large outdoor and kiddie pool, daily bus transportation to and from major amusement parks,

Amazing location and hotel staff experience

This location has the friendliest staff. They are attentive to our needs and requests. The room and entire hotel is clean and welcoming. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. We definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to West Yellowstone Montana.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn of Rockford, IL conveniently located at exit 15 of I-39/90 for all your business and leisure needs while in the Rockford/Belvidere, IL region. We are located near many businesses like General Mills, Collins Aerospace, Ingersoll Cutting Tools, Exelon Byron Nuclear Generating Station and all regional medical facilities/hospitals of MercyHealth, OSF Healthcare/St. Anthony Hospital, UW Health (formerly SwedishAmerican). We are also near many regional sports facilities like the MercyHealth Sportscore Two and One, UW Health Sports Factory, BMO Center, Carlson or Riverview Ice Arenas. Other nearby attractions include Rockford Casino (A Hard Rock Casino Opening Act), Midway Village Museum Center, Anderson Japanese Gardens, Discovery Center/Burpee Museum campus, Coronado Performing Arts Center, Klehm Arboretum. Location is about 15 minutes from the airport. Did not use the pool, but looked nice. Not enough towels were provided for the number of people staying in the room as indicated at check in. The temperature of the room never got cool just felt muggy. The temperature SMS water pressure would constantly change while showering and would get too hot, too cold, or too low in pressure without even changing anything. The tv sound also did not work and was a high pitched buzz. The shuttle was also an additional $14 charge per person and not included as the website made it seem.
