Loud music from adjacent venues

During our stay, there was loud music coming from both music venues across the street from our rooms from 9PM to 2AM.The hotel does provide white noise machines and earplugs to mitigate the noise, but it is insufficient. The bass rattles the walls and eardrums. The MC at the nightclub can be heard through the vents.

While this hotel is beautiful and centrally located I found myself feeling unwelcome. As a Platinum member, I’m typically provided early check in, bar credit, or at minimum acknowledged at check in. We were finally provided a room early, however it was painful.
While the room was clean, I found it odd that the beds had no top sheets. I can only hope that the comforter is cleaned after every guest.
My room on the 9th floor was still not high enough to block the street noise, so unfortunately sleep was interrupted.

Great employees dirty property

The staff at this property was wonderful and I feel bad writing a bad review . This property seemed to be missing a manager or just maybe some suport from Holiday Inn , I don’t know …. This property needs to be remodeled …it also was dirty . The bathroom ceiling was bubbled and falling apart and the grout lines were dark brown. I did not want to take my socks off to walk on the carpet in the room . I’m not sure this property has been touched since it was built .. of course you can blame the staff for cleanliness but overall this property needs a remodel …

Poor location and mediocre breakfast

This property is out in the middle of nowhere and no chance to walk to anything but 3 fast food restaurants. Breakfast was okay but small selection of food. No hot oatmeal. No fresh fruit. Rooms needing an upgrade. We were assigned a room that had a hole in the shower wall. No bars or soap. Hard to reach soap dispenser if taking a bath. Grab bar in shower in wrong location. Should be on an angle on the wall. Hard to reach grab bar if trying to get up from the bathtub. Poor selection in snack area. Only good thing was the maid service was excellent.

Everything good, except the room…

Service was generally good, food was really good, the rooms had good size. However, our room was moldy. It had a very bad smell and the mold was visible several places, specially in the shower and on the shower curtains. This was disgusting. We asked to get a new room, but was told the hotel was completely full. We had all nights there during a week of being guests in a wedding. My husband got sick with very bad cough, fever and overall bad form. I got dizzy and lightheaded several times. Everything in the room got moistened and foggy because of the mold and wet environment. The bed sheets felt like they recently had been washed, then not completely dried up until put on the bed.
