Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ruckersville. This award-winning hotel is located 12 miles from the University of Virginia and UVA Hospital. Our location is only 6 miles from the Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport (CHO) with easy highway access, allowing for a quick commute that caters to both leisure and business travelers. Our hotel is located within a quaint shopping center which includes a welcoming restaurant and bar (Fioranos) open for lunch and dinner and a Dunkin’ Donuts both with discounts for our guests. Our guests can also enjoy endless attractions. Within 20 minutes of the hotel, our guests can choose from a variety of winery, brewery, and wedding venues including the Barn at Edgewood, Barboursville Vineyard, Early Mountain Vineyard, Reynard Florence Vineyard, Bald Top Brewing Co., and Montifalco Vineyard (ask about our complimentary flight). Our history enthusiasts can enjoy sightseeing at Monticello (home of Thomas Jefferson), Montpelier (the home of James Madison), Vietnam War Foundation, Skyline Drive, and the Shenandoah National Park. Our property offers 3,600 sq. ft. of conference room space, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour hot coffee is available in our lobby area. Centric Cuernavaca Hotel with Suites
Stay at the Holiday Inn Express® & Suites Cuernavaca Hotel and enjoy comfortable rooms and suites with beautiful landscape views. The hotel is conveniently located to visit the main attractions in the city and its surroundings, and provides amenities that allow to enjoy the nice weather that the city of the eternal spring has all year long.
We are less than ten minutes from Cuernavaca’s Historic Center , where the famous Cortes’ Palace with Diego Rivera’s murals is located. From the hotel you have easy access to Plaza Galerías Cuernavaca mall, Averanda shopping mall as well as to different stores, pharmacies, banks and restaurants close by, Explore the region and visit Jardines de México, Zoofari Zoo, Tequesquitengo Lake and the magical town of Tepoztlán, all within 50 minutes from the city.
Take a walk in our gorgeous gardens with a water cascade with turtles and fishes and a terrace, swim in our outdoor pool featuring a large swim lane , and enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast everyday at the restaurant. Work comfortably form the Business Center with Internet access and work out at the Fitness Center.

Pésima atención al cliente

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en mi última estancia en esta cede y posterior a mi estadía tampoco fue grato el trato. Además de no funcionar el aire acondicionado de la habitación y de tenerme en espera o colgarme cuando llamé a recepción para reportar el problema, me quisieron realizar cobro de propina sin mi autorización. Levanté la queja del servicio recibido y me hicieron una carta ofreciéndome un descuento del 50% en mi próxima reserva. Escribí en dos ocasiones para pedir la reserva y la gerente no respondió mis correos. Hoy mi esposa marcó por teléfono para pedir la reservación y después de comunicarla con múltiples personas le comentaron que no podían hacer la reserva por teléfono que debía escribir un correo al gerente anexando la carta, a lo que se les comentó que ya se había realizado. Se volvió a escribir otro correo y la respuesta fue que estaban llenos y que solo podía reservar entre semana. Finalmente envié un mail diciéndoles que los comentarios en Google seguían diciendo que tenían problemas con el aire acondicionado en las últimas dos semanas y que por el trato que me daban prefería reservar en otro hotel, pero es bastante desagradable que la gente no solo de un mal servicio en un inicio, sino que te ofrezca una disculpa con una carta y se porte igual o peor de lo como se portó la primera vez.

Nunca dieron nada y tampoco hicieron nada.

Definitivo no regreso a este hotel muy sucio.
Lástima por la ubicación pero si hay más opciones

Bad service, tiny rooms

I booked two rooms and asked months in advance if they could be near each other and I was assured they would be. I also called a couple weeks later to add an extra day onto our reservation. Fast forward to us checking in, the front desk told us we had to check out and back in because they didn’t merge the extra day, it got put on two different reservations. They also told us that both our rooms would be on different floors and that my request would not be honored. They put us in a small room, no view that was a connecting room to a family we didn’t know. I expressed frustration as I am a member and made the reservation and requests way ahead of time. They were so rude and dismissive. You also have to pay so much for valet a night which is not communicated until you check in (over $50 a night) and sometimes it took 20-30 min to get our car…. It was just an awful experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms need updates

Stayed in room 914, overall staff was nice and responsive and tried to solve issues as reported.
Sink was clogged, services tried to solve with drain solution but it was temporary.
Rooms are small so you hear everything in the hallways.
Heard a vacuum one night after midnight which was disturbing.
Additionally cleaning supplies were left in our room.
1 of 3 elevators were operating which was not ideal to walk up 9 flights of stairs with a tired athlete from playing in a tournament all day.

Our 4 star Silao hotel is located minutes away from the airport and close to industrial parks where you can find companies like Michelin, Nestle, Volkswagen, Pirelli, Nivea, Honda, among others. Staybridge Suites Silao is perfect for business and leisure travelers. We offer spacious rooms and comfortable suites with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we provide free Wi-Fi and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a fully-equipped gym.

Las condiciones generales de las instalaciones son buenas, sin embargo, en lo detalles encontramos fallas importantes. a) No hay tapete antiderrapante en el baño y ocasiono un accidente que ocasiono varios moretones y riesgo de fractura. b) aunque se reservo para una cantidad de personas, no se equipo en la llegada con agua y toallas, para esta cantidad. c) Se ofrece equipo de computo del centro de negocios, pero es inoperable, por su lentitud

Too small, bad neighborhood, things were broken

The elevators didn’t work. Except one. Food wasn’t cooked properly. Sink was clogged and our door wasn’t looked after cleaning one day. The beds and room were extremely small. And the mini frogs didn’t have a freezer.

The room was trendy and chic! The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating! We were here for a wedding and they catered to our every need without us even having to ask. We will definitely be back to celebrate my daughter‘s 15th birthday party with some friends.

Awesome location - awesome vibes - SUPER COMFORT

I'm used to hotel rooms in NYC being the size of postage stamps. The room was spacious, the view was incredible, comfy bed, AMAZING water pressure, the decor and vibe were so NYC, and the staff could not have been more helpful and wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
