Fresh, clean and uncomplicated, the Holiday Inn Express Edmonton Downtown hotel offers competitive business travel rates. We know what business travelers want when they travel, seven meeting rooms with our hidden gem City View Ballroom seat up to 160 people, and we’ll even handle your catering needs. We have free high-speed, wired, and wireless internet access throughout the hotel. There’s also a 24-hour business centre, and we include our complimentary hot breakfast buffet and easy access to the Continental Restaurant and the Coffee Shop in the hotel.
Also, 90% of our rooms feature a balcony: additional amenities includes steam rooms, gym & Swimming Pool. We are in the heart of downtown and a 5-minute walk to several government offices of Alberta; Enbridge is only two blocks away, and we are steps from the ATCO offices. The closest (LRT) underground Transit is one block away. We are within easy access to The University of Alberta, and the Shaw Conference Centre is only a 4-minute drive. If you are attending a concert or a big-ticket event, we are within walking distance of Rogers Place.

Room Cold

I’ve stayed here numerous times, and this is the only time where my stay was horrible.
Customer Service gave me attitude about the service being the same for 2 years, despite me stating I have been staying at this location every time I come to Edmonton
We were in an extreme cold weather and the room was cold. Maintenance did say they fixed the problem, but it was still cold
I recently tried to do a walk in check in and was told there are no clean rooms available .
I will not be staying here again

Each oversized comfortable room at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Raymondville has a variety of amenities like complimentary high speed Internet access, microwaves, refrigerators, large HD TVs with an expanded selection of channels. We also offer a variety of suites to suit all travelers from the family needing extra space to the business traveler needing to conduct meetings from their suite.

I booked the hotel for 7 nights to have some father/son time hunting. During the first night I started suffering from a medical condition and had to check out and went to the ER with a life threatening condition that caused me to have 2 emergency surgical procedures to get stabilized. Spent the next 5 days in the hospital. This hotel refused to refund the money I paid for the room that I did not use. Now I have large medical bills and had to pay for a hotel room that I was unable to use. No compassion at all!

Not what you expect

The rooms are not like the pictures. Breakfast was terrible. Our heater was falling off the wall when we entered. Staff didn’t offer us a new room. We could see outside from the side of the heating and ac unit.

On February 23 we stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jamestown, N.D. It was a most disappointing stay. That property falls far short of the standards of Holiday Inn Express. The window heater kept cycling all night, each time blowing cold air on us and making a racket. So we did not get a good nights sleep. In addition the bed was not comfortable, the carpets looked filthy, and the furniture was shabby. Instead of a fridge in a cabinet as your hotels normally have, the fridge was sitting free with the microwave stacked on it.
We did complain as soon as we checked in and we were told there were no rooms in the hotel that were any better. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels in Canada and in the US and we have never been disappointed as we were last night.

Holiday Inn® Brentwood M25, Jct.28 hotel is moments from M25 motorway and near Brentwood town centre. Buses run to Brentwood from right outside the hotel, and you can drive to the coast at Southend-on-Sea in around half an hour. If you have a flight to catch, London Stansted Airport (STN) is 25 minutes away by car. Our 8 event rooms are perfect for hosting celebrations or business meetings for up to 120 guests, and you can spill out onto the garden patio in the summer. Nearby businesses include Ford, BT and BNY Mellon. The shops and cinema at the huge intu Lakeside Shopping Centre are a 15-minute drive away, while nearby there are animals and family rides at Old MacDonald's Farm. For a night out, head to Brentwood's updated Sugar Hut now owned by famous club 338. At this hotel you can enjoy: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, A Fitness Centre and indoor pool. Welcoming guest rooms with comfy beds and a pillow menu to help you enjoy restful nights. Paid £12 for a nights parking, now have £135 in fines and admin fees to pay as they clearly didnt tell their parking company we had paid. Cant get hold of anyone who can actually help resolve.

Terrible experience – Wouldn’t Recommend!

I booked a reservation with an approved arrival time, but when I got to the airport, there was no shuttle. The staff were lazy and unhelpful, causing me to waste a lot of time and energy. I had to pay for a taxi out of pocket. The same thing happened in the morning. While the hotel itself is new and nice, the service is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Customer Service at Check-in

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Austin Town Lake multiple times, including in August and November of 2024, and have never had an issue with my check-in process—until now. During my most recent stay, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from a front desk clerk named Jessica. She insisted that I needed my company credit card with reauthorization, a requirement that had never been mentioned in my previous stays. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she rudely stated that it was a "you issue and not a me problem."
To make matters worse, two other staff members at the front desk were laughing and snickering during this interaction, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
As someone who works with an organization that serves 93 local education agencies, professionalism and customer service are of utmost importance to us. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of acceptable standards. As a result, my organization has removed this hotel from our list of approved stays.
Customer service should be about making guests feel valued and respected. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.

This property is an embarrassment. The entire place is in need of total renovation. And a thorough cleaning!
Breakfast was barely edible.
BUT the prices are still high! AND, there's a "resort fee" for nothing at all! Don't be fooled; look elsewhere. Like just down the block at the Marriot Courtyard.

Two day stay

This hotel was awful!! The first woman who checked me in appeared to have an attitude and clueless about the checking in process. Thank goodness the manager was there to assist. I checked in only to find a roach on the counter of the first room I was assigned to. I was assigned to another room(137) that was very small and the stove did not work. The front desk representative came to the room and attempted to see if she could get it to work but it was not operable. I had to walk across the hall to cook. Our bedding at stains on it as, no detergent and used napkins as well as toilet tissue. The entire experience at this property was awful!

Shuttle is based on availability.
Our location near the Carillon Park business district allows guests of Holiday Inn St. Petersburg N Clearwater to easily explore the surrounding area by being moments away from area attractions such as the Salvador Dali Museum, Top Golf, Clearwater Marine Aquarium Memorial to Winter and the current home to Hope from Dolphins Tale. Shopping and nightlife in downtown St. Petersburg, and Tampa Bay Rays baseball at Tropicana Field. Stay only minutes from top ranked Gulf Beaches including St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Madeira Beach.
