Let me start off with we stayed at this hotel last year for a convention and had minimal issues. This year was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend staying here. Some of the issues we ran into was it was $40 a day to park our vehicle due to the hotel having no parking lot. Also, we ended up with about 25 room keys by the end of our stay due to room keys, not working every time we tried to go back to our room. The room doors do not securely lock and you are able to open them with a hard push. Our room had no AC so it became very hot in the room. They only have one of three elevators working, which is a huge inconvenience having to walk to the fifth floor or wait 25 minutes for an elevator. . No continental breakfast and the restaurant/bar closed every night between 8 and 9 PM even on the weekends. I would suggest saving your money and staying somewhere else.

The hotel was kind and extended an early check-in by one hour. I also appreciated that there was dressing bench in the bedroom.
However, the heat did not work at all. We called the front desk in the evening and the front desk clerk came to our room. They were unable to fix the problem. We were told that maintenance would be told to check on the heat 1st thing in the morning (11 am). When we returned from our outing for the day the heat had not been addressed. We called the front desk and ask for maintenance again. Maintenance come to our room and tried to fix the heat as well. After about 10 minutes of trying different things the maintenance person said that the air conditioner wasn't working either and that they needed to check on it elsewhere. They never returned and the heat was never fixed during our stay. I don't know if it will ever be fixed if guests only stay for one night at a time. Also, there is no towel rod in the basin area, the dishwasher is not attached under the counter.
As a member I was not informed of the Social Evening Reception.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Tampa North I-75 - University Area . We are less than 3 miles from the University of South Florida - home of the Bulls and 12 miles from historic downtown Tampa. Nestled in Telecom Park we offer a great location for anyone traveling to Temple Terrace or Tampa area.
Accommodations include complimentary Wi-Fi, self-parking and hot breakfast buffet daily. Fitness buffs can enjoy our complimentary fitness center or take a dip in our outdoor heated pool while catching some rays on our large patio area. All large guest rooms are equipped with microwaves, mini-fridge, Keurig, 32" TV and work desk. Our Suites offer all these amenities plus a separate living room area with a sleeper sofa.

Our room looked like it had been recently remodelled. Unfortunately, the clothes bar in the wardrobe was mounted at waist high, so all our clothes that we hung there dragged on the safe at the bottom of the wardrobe. I woke up the next morning and had a lukewarm shower at best. I had to get to an appointment so my wife and I stopped by the front desk to tell them about the shower. The desk clerk was pleasant and offered to move us to another room. While I was at my appointment, my wife dragged all of our stuff to the new room. No staff help. At least the clothes bar in this room's wardrobe was up high. My shower and my wife's shower the next morning, however, were still only lukewarm. We were checking out this morning and felt we should receive some compensation for not having a decent shower. The front desk clerk said there was nothing she could do about it and gave us the hotel manager's card.

The sausage gravy was watered down with lumps in it, the hot water tasted like old coffee, asked for fresh water and was told that all their water tasted like coffee.
The place needs updating and the room could have been cleaner..

This is not my first time visiting but unfortunately will be my last. I’ve never experienced the way it was this weekend. The rooms were in the most unkept repair. Furniture tore and stained. Bed the most uncomfortable sleep. Smelled and looked unkept. Staff were beyond rude, never welcomed or even given much recognition even during conversation. This was my favorite hotel get away spot before this weekend. Again my 4th or 5th stay but most definitely my last, not worth a penny spent.

Our hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by various industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, and healthcare. Sulphur Springs is home to companies such as Grocery Supply Company, Morningstar Foods, Christus Health Hospital, and Saputo Cheese USA.
The Holiday Inn Express Sulphur Springs is within walking distance of the Hopkins County Civic Center, which hosts various events throughout the year. The room was very dirty. The floors had hair and fuzz all over around the edges and in the bathroom there was actually dried urine on the floor. It was very gross. We try to stay in IHG hotels but will not be retuning to this one.

Everything within this area of Central PA is around a 20 minute drive to Hershey park. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a property to stay at for your travels

If you like contact high from marijuana smoke, this is the place for you. Although it is advertised non smoking, the elevators, hallways and even seeking smelled of marijuana smoking. The pool was closed for the season although it is an "indoor" pool. Breakfast was "okay" but no waffles or pancakes. The eggs were manufactured. The biscuits were good and hot. I would not repeat a stay at this hotel.
Positively, it is convenient to all thruways and close to shopping and entertainment.

The room was freezing when we arrived. 65 degrees and we arrived at 10 pm took hours to get to 74. Also the bathroom sink plug was permanently down. Had to use the kitchen sink for washing. Called front desk waited for engineering, no one showed. The called again they said sent housekeeping, never showed. Room 602 March 1, Sanchez,no accomodations offered just multiple I'm sorries. 300 dollars for 10 hours and traveling with elderly. Oh I forgot, requested near an elevator for 87 year old mom and of course the farthest room. Wait,there's more! Requested no down and of course had to sleep with couch pillows.
