Not meet standard IHG hotel

Hotel is under poor maintenance, wall dirty, room bathroom has pest. Service team came in to clean the dirty with chemical. Room floor also dirty. Didn't meet standard level of normal Holiday Inn Express.

Friendly staff but uncomfortable stay

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, unable to change because full capacity. Very loud hotel. Beds not soft. Bathroom shower not clean…pink mildew all around, slimy and dark spotted floor of shower with previous guest hairs.

Great Staff - Poor Quality Facility

All the staff were wonderful - helpful and friendly. However the hotel is not in good condition - faucet not working, broken toilet seat, no hotel parking - no adequate food service. The surrounding area is under construction and has been for some time from what the staff indicated - I am a frequent IHG user but this facility does not live up to the reputation.

Sad stay

Unfortunately? We experienced an issue that required the poloce to be called due to an unruly guest. Staff were nice but should have removed that guest. Their decision caused me nor my toddler granddaughter to sleep all night. 1st room I was given? It was obvious someone tried to knock the door in. They changed my room quickly but I ended up near the bad guest and tge walls that must have been thin...also heard highway traffic all night.

Restaurant onsite best thing about the hotel

The room smelled like smoke upon entering and had a stale smell the entire stay. This was a reward night, though, and in our experience, you get this worse room in the hotel when you redeem your points. Things we liked...the restaurant, location, staff. The entire hotel could have been much cleaner.

Okay bed, hot air, great breakfast

The towels were stained, bed spread was stained, shower is VERY slippery and I fell as an athletic 22 year old. Room was very warm and never cooled off despite lowering the temperature on the thermostat. TV kept turning off and saying no service. Breakfast was great, good selection, and the man was very friendly who was working breakfast.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was filthy, not as advertised, not sufficient for a family of 5. The staff was not helpful and stopped responding once they received feedback.
