Absolutely disgusting

This was the dirtiest, nastiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. While under renovations, rooms should not be booked for guests that have not been cleaned and prepared properly. I have over a dozen photos of dirt, mold, broken fixtures and more. The entire hotel smelled like mildew. The breakfast was comparable to a microwave meal, cold and gross. The coffee bar was gross. The elevator was gross. There was no hot water for our showers. The bathroom was covered in dirt and mold. The pool was absolutely horrendous and completely unusable although open.

Located in the center of Northern Michigan on the 45th parallel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gaylord hotel is both a convenient workplace and a recreation seekers paradise. It is easily accessible from I-75 off the 282 exit.
If you're visiting the hotel's locale for work in Gaylord, Michigan, you can rely on the free high-speed, WiFi access and the 24-hour Business Center to help you meet deadlines. Major corporations, such as Cooper Standard, AMI Industries and Mayfair Plastics are within miles.
Leisure guests can enjoy amazing attractions in and around Gaylord, Michigan. Known as Michigan’s Alpine Village, the abundance of snow makes it a great place to ski and snowmobile. It is part of a 300 mile snowmobile path system. But Gaylord is also known as America’s Summer Golf Mecca. It’s great location is near 15 championship caliber golf courses. Let’s not forget the downtown area’s quaint shopping too.
You can begin each morning with our Express Start Hot Breakfast , and after a busy day unwind in the indoor heated pool or sweat off stress in the 24 hour Fitness Center . Our comfortable accommodations provide the amenities and services travelers expect at an affordable price!

No elevators.
Had to walk down 3 floors. Using the stairs.
No breakfast or voucher available.
Not able to checkout, just drop keys in box.
Upon approaching the desk, everyone left. Could not ask or talk to anyone.
I would hope the IHG would be creative and help with the bill, seeing so much was not available when checking out.

Cater to under age kids drinking parties

As an X Spire Member (retired) it had to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our room was 313 and room directly next to us was the center of the WHOLE 3rd floor drinking party UNDER AGE!
Nothing but loud drunk people yelling up and down the hallway. Called front desk and it took two more calls (2/3 hours) before the noise stopped. So close to calling the police.
Totally wasted my time staying here. I’ve even asked the hotel to refund my stay but they don’t care because I’ve heard nothing back from them.

Awful service, not as described

Hotel employee at check in was too busy finishing whatever she was doing while I stood there for 3 minutes waiting to check in at 930pm with no one else around. Wasn't even greated or welcomed to the hotel.
Hot tub was removed, yet still advertised. Didnt even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Solely booked the hotel due to the hot tub.
Just a well below average stay, very unimpressed for a Holiday Inn.

Terrible experience for IHG property

This is the most terrible experience we've ever had with an IHG property. We used points for this stay. Upon check we were informed that the room ACs were down, which wasn't a big deal since external temps were mild. We went to our event and when we returned late in the evening, we were informed that the elevators were down (we were on the 6th floor). We had to take the stairs up and when we got up there, the door to let us on the floor wouldn't let us in with our room key. We called down to the front desk and had to wait a while for security to come up. His key wouldn't work either so he had to go around and let us in from the inside and ended up propping the door open with a trash can. The next morning, I go to take my shower and there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower. Upon check out, I asked about a discount since we had nothing but issues since check in and we were told we would have to speak with the manager about that, who was conveniently no where to be found. We were very dissatisfied with this stay.

Terrible service!

The hotel was nice. My room was dirty, the tub was disgusting. Only three quarters of my tc worked. Sierra and the manager were never welcoming and Sierra was downright rude. I attempted to grab a beverage from the bar and the man working said "This is ridiculous. I'm only 1 person. Y'all should go somewhere else. The restaurant is closed for lunch which made absolutely no sense. I attempted to eat breakfast there one day but there was hardly any food and what was there wasn't edible.

Our beautiful non-smoking all suites hotel is minutes from Chase Field , Talking Stick Resort Arena and the Phoenix Zoo. Our modern design offers a plethora of amenities and features our luxurious new bedding, free Wi-Fi , and microwaves and mini refrigerators in all rooms. Also offering 21-full kitchen Extended Stay Suites.
Burger Theory , featuring a gourmet burger concept and a variety of local craft beers. Also serving breakfast, lunch, & dinner.
Our lush courtyard has a heated pool, hot tub and gazebo. Our 11,000 square feet of meeting space can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I had only stayed one night in a double queen suite with a pull out bed. We had a long day and got back to the room around 11pm, we had no extra bedding for the pull out bed. Called the front desk I believe his name was Mark he put us on hold for a very long time, was very rude and we didn't get the bedding until 1:16am. The Keurig machine did not work, the shower was spouting water from the shower head and lower spout, the sink only worked on the left knob, we only had three towels in a queen suite, and the room smelled musty as we first walked in. The room details would've been overlooked if we were treated with more respect from the staff, however our stay was far less than expected. As a current IHG employee I'm sorely disappointed in the team behind the Phoenix Airport location. The only helpful staff member was the sweet lady at the desk as we checked out named Yari. Other than her our stay was disappointing, I will not be returning to this location and will deter others from doing so.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Alexandria - Downtown in the heart of Alexandria, Louisiana. The hotel is five city blocks off of Interstate 49 resting on the banks of the Red River. The Holiday Inn Alexandria - Downtown is Alexandria's premier full service hotel. We have Crossroads Tavern, Southern Heritage Bank branch and Aesthetician and Gold Dust Studio. The hotel has 11,800 sq. feet of meeting space and is attached to Alexandria Riverfront Center; which can accommodate larger groups. Enjoy the revitalized downtown entertainment district of Alexandria within a few steps of the front door. Centrally located between Shreveport and Baton Rouge off of I 49, a little over three hours NW of New Orleans, and less than an hour South from historic Natchitoches along the Cane River.
Dine at Crossroads Tavern and enjoy a specialty southern cocktail. Or sit in the mall area of the hotel and enjoy a cup of coffee or one of our signature coffee specialty drinks from the Coffee Corner. The hotel also has a gym, pool, and laundry room and we are a pet friendly hotel, so bring your best friend and spend some quality time in the dog park adjacent to the hotel. Loud sleepless night

The bathroom floor was dirty, the sheets on one bed were not done correctly, they were sideways so we had to fix them, and the air conditioner unit did not let us sleep all night. Not only was the unit super loud but it doesn’t cool appropriately. I emailed the hotel and have had no reply after 4 days so far.

First of all they checked us into a room that was half cleaned, like housekeeping started & than forgot about it- We called down to inform them & get. Anew room… which they were able to accommodate. But we were given nothing as a “sorry about that” & not even an apology.
The breakfast however was great. So. I do recommend that.
