Hotel is good for short stay. Some rooms feel a little small. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good clean place to stay. TV channels extreamly limited even though freeview channels available.

The room was perfect for a child.
The bath room was so small that when brushing my teeth I had to stand side ways to stand at the sink.
Overall the hotel fit and facilities for in with the area...pity that you were made to pay for swimming though.

Mechelen station offers intercity trains and an 11-minute connection to Brussels Airport. If you prefer traveling by car, Brussels Airport and Antwerp International Airport are both a 25-minute drive away. You can park it safely in the underground car park at a daily rate. The hotel is right in the centre of Mechelen and the position could not be better. The staff were really helpful and welcomed me when I returned, offered helpful advice on directions etc.
The selection at breakfast was a little limited although I liked the fact you could cook your own eggs just how you want them. There was no fridge in the room, which may not be a problem for most people.
The bar had good local beer but was not so large and so could not carry a large selection of everything.

Small rooms but comfortable breakfast and nice staff

It is a small and nice hotel. It is not a luxury hotel, But if you're looking for a great value, this is a good choice. The rooms are clean, my bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff very pleasant. I will be staying here again.
