The hotel atmosphere is warm and cosy. Rooms are confortable, warm and clean. Staff not really friendly, particularly at breakfast but, who cares?
I was there for business and did not really need them anyway.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat war das es unter dem Ausziehbett (Couch) leider nicht sauber war. Könnte man bevor es zusammengebaut wird auch mal ausgesaugt werden.

Poor customer service, which they blame on being understaffed.
Breakfast is poor. Just have the sausages or yohurt!
No mobile reception unless you go outside near to the petrol station.
Use cabline for taxi to the town centre. It's £10 one way if traveling after 7 am and before 11 pm Monday to Saturday - when staying at the hotel.
