Complaint Regarding Ambassador VIP experience
As I join ambassador VIP member, I was looking forward to the elevated service and special benefits that come with this status. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory for the following reasons:
1. **Poor Treatment**: Despite being an Ambassador VIP member, I felt that the level of service provided was subpar. The front desk staff were unaccommodating and unhelpful, which was quite disappointing.
2. **Slightly Room Upgrade**: One of the key benefits of the Ambassador VIP membership is a room upgrade. However, I did not feel my room has any upgrades , nor was any explanation provided for this omission.
3. **Missing Welcome Gift**: The welcome gift, which is a standard part of the Ambassador VIP package, was missing. This oversight added to my dissatisfaction, as it felt like my loyalty to the Intercontinental brand was not recognized or appreciated.
I chose to join the Ambassador VIP program to enjoy enhanced services and a more comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the treatment I received did not reflect the high standards I associate with the Intercontinental brand.
