The hotel is close to the airport, the bed was comfortable and clean, the room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the only thing that I will ask and appreciate the hotel will implement is to have a receptionist that can speak a bit of English Thank you.

First of all please accept my apology for 1 star to the staff and service we are happy with the staff even they can't speak English but they tried their best to serve us as an IHG's service standard but our concern is the lady reception on 1 Dec 2024 around 5.30 PM, she is the one standing at the front desk, she is useless (apologies to use this word) we are checked out and we are going to Shanghai so we will be continued to stay at IHG's hotel in Shanghai, we will arrival Shanghai at midnight, we ask your staff to help us to inform our next hotel (IHG) that we will late arrival but she didn't show any effort to assist us so terrible behaviour, she must attend to Holiday Inn Express Service culture training, another point is the pin location in Map is wrong we are facing to wrong location pick-up in Didi taxi service, please improve asap. Thanks.
