Staff at club lounge service very good and they support my request food is also good room is ok not too but stay 2 person is fine but location is incorrect from google map need to improve in this matter.

This hotel in Sanya is not at the level of other Intercontinental Hotels and is more like a 3 star hotel. It should not be branded Intercontinental as it brings down the reputation of the brand. The shower was full of mould in the tiles, grout and sealant. During breakfast, the staff were collecting dirty dishes from the tables using a noisy trolley, with plates and crockery rattling as they walked past - felt more like a cafeteria than a 5 star hotel. Just stayed in Intercontinental Haikou & Haitang Bay and these were great experiences with very professional staff, rooms, beds and environment. It was a real shock to stay in this hotel - I am a Titanium member of another group and stay in many hotels every year and this is by far the worst experience.

I stayed here to celebrate the new years and my birthday. And it was one of my best stays at IHG. Everybody i met there were very friendly and helpful. While some people were not very good at English, they went to find a person who can communicate with me. Special thanks to Claire and Coco at guest relations team. You made my trip in Lijian truly memorable. I will recommend this property to all my friends.
