I was stayed Non-smoking floor for two nights. However smoke smell spread everywhere at night so we requested to handle this matter since 9 PM and they said someone will be coming. The problem is, nobody came up our room 1 and a half hour ! So we visited lobby 10:30 at night and claimed manager. They firstly guide the room change for the sleep at the same tower but suddenly they change the words extremely far from our existing room. If we accepted, we should move mid-night of 12/31, because the manager was not professional and hard to listen so communication of claim was so long even at the lobby with cold !
At last, we were so tired so would be endure smoke smell during all night because we should leave tomorrow morning for another schedule. Because our discussion was still going 1 A.M, even 1/1 New Year. It was literally terrible experience and horrible start of new year.
We wanna celebrate Happy New Year and expected memorable experience as like as other city of Intercontinental, It was memorable one with bad meaning.
Hotel has duty to prepare the best room for our reservation. This is a serious reason of termination of contract. I will re-consider whether I maintain IHG loyalty or not.

We fully understand that this experience did not meet your expectations and did not uphold our commitment to each guest.

We recognize that your dissatisfaction stems mainly from the severe smoke odor in your room, the untimely handling of your concerns, and the unreasonable room change arrangements. To make amends, we are willing to offer appropriate compensation and commit to enhancing staff training and optimizing service processes to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future. The location of the hotel is excellent; suits my purpose of visit and is very convenient to get to.
The hotel appears to be a little outdated but clean. Same for the room. The staffs are courteous and helpful.
I have a feeling that this is an old hotel which, I suspect, has gone through recent renovation as the interior looks pretty new. I am quite surprised that the hotel still retain the bathtub. However this is not an issue for me. I am quite disappointed with the low water pressure and the near impossible to adjust temperature.
I will be very happy to return to stay only if the hotel has fixed the water problem.

This is very good experience . Every staff is kind and expectional. They gave warmfull greetings and help. Especially the canteen, I taste the fresh and special food. The coffee is very good that provide in the Hall 24h.
