Hotel is older and needs some renovation to the rooms and bathroom. But overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
Special thanks to John at the Oskar bar for the nice hospitality. True professional and an asset for the hotel. Ladies at the reception, Julie and Suzi were very helpful and welcoming, extended a warm welcome and great check-out experience. Membership status was recognized and truly valued in terms of room upgrade, welcome drinks, breakfast, no corners were cut as expected from IHG (Intercontinental HongKong can learn something from the staff & management here).
Menu at the lounge for happy hours definitely needs some improvement with the choices available.

Hotel staff upgraded my room. The room was redecorated and new. Mattress is good. I had a nice dinner at the lounge and watched the drone performance in the window of the world park nearby on the balcony of the lounge.

The excecutive lounge manager Ziheng is nice, warm and gentle. The room and view are good. Good Bose loundspeaker with bluetooth. Big bathtub. What's dissapointing is the staff failed to calculate my restaurant bill correctly when I check out. The IT system fails to calculate my bill when I use coupon in my account. What's more dissapointing is that the staff didn't care my time-wasting and my feeling! Ziheng saved the day, thanks to him, I don't want to decrease the overall rating.

The front desk staff had no sense of service, the cleaners made noise and disturbed the sleep of guests.Everything is much worse than before except for the craft restaurant on the first floor.

Hotel staff was exceptionally cooperative at all times. During check out we were not getting taxi for transfer to train station and then we had flight also to catch from Beijing airport to India. In short notice time hotel staff came with their own car to drop us at train station and didn’t charge any money. For me their staff hospitality is exceptional. It was overall wonderful stay. I will look forward to stay in future and recommend everyone to stay with them.

The stay was wonderful as usual. Love the upgrade from the reception team, super friendly and welcoming. Andy's team, including Angel, Emma, Eason and Kelly provided a heart warming experience. The room was really clean, and well designed. Love the bath-tub as always. However, one let down during this stay was the breakfast experience. The staff at the restaurant was not as friendly as my previous stay and service was a bit disappointing especially the attitude received from the staff while placing our order.
