I was being well taken care of by the reception, concierge, hous ekeeping and at All Day Dining. Thanks to Angel for the room upgrade, I had a wonderful view of the bridge. Room and facilities are better than what I would expect..
Too bad the bridge was not linked by the boat due to tidal, otherwise, I could have cross it daily to the old town.
Did have time to explore the surrounding but ride hailing is convenience. Hope there will be a next time.

The hotel staff enter the room with their master card without even knocking and front desk acted like it happened often and not a big deal at all. When attempted to call the reception again from the room, they are not even picking up the phone.
Wrote email to IHG and no response nor anything ever received.

Very enjoyable stay. The hotel seemed impeccably maintained, and the staff helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable, I did request a different pillow, but my request was not answered, but it didn’t affect my stay.

Unable to book in my normal way as only accepts with non Western credit cards, so had to reserve with WeChat pay, your part of IHG so offer all online IHG payment options.
Club lounge offered, but is no more than extension of the Restaurant, I had a lot of work to do but to noisy, due to being in the main restaurant, and I dont want to always sit in my room when traveling, the Lounge is an essential part of why I book IHG,
Offred Lunge food free, from the main Restaurant, but was informed many thing's were not free, and hard to remember what I could take and what I couldn't have, but was poor selection after the you can not have induction.
Staff friendly enough, rooms clean and comfortable but lacking of understanding, for the western visitors, this hotel is very much catering for the domestic market, which is fine, I can understand why, but you are also are part of IHG offering a certain standard and service level, which was not given in this hotel, so will probably not stay again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received during my second stay at your hotel.
I had booked a 1 King bed premium river view lounge access room (room 3418) specifically for the views and the club lounge access. However, upon arrival at 3 pm yesterday, I was disappointed to find that the club lounge was non-existent.
I proceeded to the lobby bar for a cold drink and afternoon tea, and informed the staff that I wanted to use my club lounge access for coffee and afternoon tea/high tea service. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to seemed to misunderstand my request and thought I was trying to redeem my welcome drink. Despite my attempts to clarify, her supervisor continued to treat me in a condescending manner. The food served in high tea was of poor quality, making me feel like I was in a two-star hotel rather than the luxurious establishment I had expected.
Furthermore, there was no information provided in the room about the timings and locations for breakfast, high tea, and happy hour. While I appreciate the assistance provided by Pecadoo, it is concerning that such basic information is not readily available to guests.
The confusion surrounding what is included in the happy hour menu is also unacceptable. As a guest, I should not have to worry about accidentally consuming something that I am not entitled to.
Today, I was informed by the lobby bar staff that I could only receive complimentary coffee during high tea time. This is in direct contradiction to the information provided at the time of booking, which stated that coffee was included in the club lounge access.
I am deeply disappointed with the overall service I have received during my stay and would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters.
