The overall experience in Sanya Holiday Inn is good, except for the final day. The last day I am in Sanya happened to meet the Sanya Marathon activity. Nobody inform me before. I check out and stay in the lobby wondering why there is no taxi answering my call. From other customer, I knew that because of the Marathon, the road in front of the hotel has been blocked. No vehicle is able to come. The marathon would be finished around 12 am. I am speechless. My plane will take off on 12 am. I rush to the reception and wonder if they have any ways get me to the airport in time. I am with my 3 years daughter and 63 years mother with me. Walking is never an option. Thank you for your employees. One manager coordinate the golf car sending us to the front door of the hotel. One of your employee using her own car sending us to the airport. I will never catch the plane without your help. Thank you for saving my day.

Very hospitable club teams . Especially Emma very kindly service with my 2 kids. The HH with very nice food and cocktails you can choose. Jonathan did a great special drink for me with nice service. Excellent experience on my first Crown club lounge I will come back again.

Easy direct train ride from Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG). The train stop is at a mall, which is one block from the hotel; lots of local food choices at the mall or around the hotel. But first and foremost, the staff, from the front desk, the breakfast team, and cleaning ladies were very very courteous and friendly. There’s no question that we will revisit.

Asked for fan. No aircon during winter. No window no balcony.
Requested for a change of room due to a stench from toilet, probably leaked piping. Front desk promptly ack and got Dino to assist me to shift room and ensured that I settled down well.
Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast spread is good. Afternoon tea and coffee with some snack, fruits. Happy hour has some food, snacks, soda, beer etc
Near to subway, supermarket 300m, shopping mall 500m. Convenience room opp the road.

Be aware that this hotel’s gym and pool are open to public and become very crowded and dirty all day long! Do not be fooled by the photos. The staff are useless in terms of solving your problem. Also the AC is not working, the room can not be cooling down!
