This was a 2 day stay on the first day when we went down for breakfast we found the choices to be lacking. We were sitting next to a couple of Spanish decent we are black Americans and the Maitre D came over to the four of us and very rudely informed us that we had to leave because the restaurant was closing. When we looked around we saw various Asian patrons who had just filled their plates sitting down to eat and he never went to any of them with the information that he presented us with. We were so bothered by the blatant discrimination that we reported it to the front desk. Needless to say we did not go down for breakfast the following day.

No upgrade despite being IHG Gold member. I booked 2 other rooms for my colleagues (who are non IHG members) and got the same room as them.
Breakfast is very local. Sitting arrangement canteen style.
Staff don't speak English.
Room was warm at 26 C despite leaving windows open (winter in January). Asked them to help cool room down but was told nothing more they can do and was given a fan and a bucket of ice. Finally forced a room change to a corner room which allowed cool air from outside to circulate with open windows.

This hotel , all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food are good. But need renovation , as we stay in Suite Room , no stationery , towel very old , very disappointed , everything inside are so old.
