Overall experience was good, Front Desk Staffs are friendly and efficiently, especially the lady with eyeglass who assist us for check in (sorry I'm forgot her name).
Only one issue, I was surprised hotel have hair straightener for borrow, however the hair straightener it doesn't work.

I booked 4 roomes for 3 nights as a staycation with my family that came to visit us here in Shenzhen. The building and the facilities are immaculate. The views from the lobby, pool and rooms are impressive. Breakfast is superb, a big shout-out to the pastry chef who is preparing some of the best croissants and danish that I have ever eaten in a 5 star hotel. Not to forget the swimming-pool, with such amazing views and the "I❤️SZ" huge sign to take fun selfies. But the best attribute of this hotel is the staff. From bell boys to managers, all off them are super nice and very well trained. In my interactions with staff members, they were always smiling, with a very proactive attitude, every time I could feel their smiles were true and genuine and that they love thier job. Just to mention a few: - Felix, in the reception made a perfect room allocation for all of us and offered avery cretive solution to make up for the waiting time while the roomes were being cleaned upon check-in. in the executive lounge, Lena, Carl, Sunny and Tina, made us feel at home every single moment, paying attention to every detail. All of them are super professional and most important, so nice! I live in Shenzhen, and Im already planning my next stay. Thanks so much for such a true genuine hospitality!

This time I would like to commend the team work at the hotel. When I asked the housekeeping lady to change the towels, she found some noise coming from the air conditioner (not disturbing though). I went up for our breakfast at 9, and when I returned to my room, I found the maintenance had just finished fixing the air-conditioner, and he told me that it's alright. This is very nice team work. From house-keeping, maintenance and management. Very nice coordination indeed.
Just one more thing. If the hotel can offer packages including buffet dinners, that would be lovely.

Sail, the restaurant, concierge, thanks to Oscar Ji, the concept of the hotel room, social hour, the view of the canton tower, nothing can be complaint at all but the cleaness level was fat behind expected.
Hope the hotel advance the cleaness so I could visit again when I come to Guangzhou again!

I regret to say that our recent stay at your hotel was very disappointing due to issues with the central heating system.
The room was excessively hot, making it impossible for us to sleep. Despite several calls to your staff, the assistance we received was inadequate. On the first night, we were advised to turn off the A/C, which helped slightly. However, on the second night, despite it being our second call, the staff offered no in-person support and could only provide an air purifier, which was too noisy and ineffective in cooling.
On the third morning, we complained again at the front desk and were offered a thinner blanket, but an electric fan was not available. By checkout on the fourth afternoon, the room was once again uncomfortably hot, and I estimate the temperature was around 28°C.
I understand similar issues occurred with friends who stayed at a different hotel chain, where they received a movable A/C and small treats as compensation. While I am not asking for treats, I expected better service and attention from your team, such as simply checking on us in person during our stay.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The staff at the front desk was OK, much better than last time. The lady check in staff was cool last time. This time I got upgraded from balcony room to suites room, it was a little bit bigger than the balcony room, however I’d like the room with balcony instead of without balcony but just a little bit bigger which the check in staff didn’t tell me . I knew it when I entered the room but I didn’t ask for room change since I was very tired after a long journey. The breakfast price is not worth as Intercontinental Guangzhou Exhibition Centre, however the staff in the restaurant was helpful and nice compared with the front desk staff in this hotel.
On the other hands, few days before I check in, I called to IHG hotline to get contact with the front desk or concierge since I had some stuff going to delivery to me by SF to the hotel. The IHG hotline said they were unable to contact the hotel for me, even I asked for hotel front desk email address, the staff can only provide reservations email with cool and unhelpful attitude. Finally I sent an email to the reservation, asked them forward to front desk, however I got ZERO reply, obviously they ignored my email as I found the front desk had no idea about that issue.
Free drinks and snacks in FLOW is good, I enjoyed it very much.
I did not try the free antique car since the front desk staff didn’t tell me how I can use it. The bell boy / ambassador were not very bad but need improve, they were not always stand by at the main entrance and not very helpful compared with other 5 stars hotel, such as they didn’t assist guests get on and off the car by open and close the door.
I came to celebrate me and my husband birthday this time, however hotel didn’t provide any birthday amenities to us.
