We just had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed with captivating Chinese-style decor that adds a unique and elegant touch. The hotel;s overall decoration and design are simply magnificent.
A special shoutout to the Hualuxe Ambassador - Kerwin, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. His commitment to putting guests first truly stood out. I had previously mentioned an issue with the room's air conditioning, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it addressed during this visit. Thanks to Kerwin and the attentive staff, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

It's was a great experience returning one more time to Shenzhen Intercontinental Hotel, I must mention Mss. Dafne, so attentive and supportive who was really outstanding indeed by making my stay a very delightful experience, room cleanliness, comfort and service were excellent, on the flip side some things to improve are: the pizza in the mercado cafe (looked more like a pancake instead :-D ) and the terrible experience in the indoor swimming pool were some guests, (specially a particular lady in the black cap) who were spitting and blowing her nose in the water (!!!!)) as they reached the end of her pool lane, who prevenved me from a well deserved relaxing time in the pool, I simply had to leave. Some things are part of the culture but I guess that a proper sign or indication could be very helpful in cases like this...
