We stayed for four nights. The hotel is in the center of city, and it's verry convenient to go anywhere. When I checked in, they recongnized my Diamond elite status and upgraded me to a nice suite. Clean room, comfortable bedding, all staffs were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed going to the breakfast buffet and the 56th Club Lounge. Special thanks to Gary Guo and Jerry Zheng for their excellent services. Also there was a man working at the buffet, and he remembered my favorite drink (honey lemon water) from day1, he had it specially made for me day after wihout asking. All in all, a perfect stay. Thank you Guangzhou Crowned Plaza! I will stay again whenever I am in Guangzhou.

great location and amenities, but I encountered a frustrating experience during check-in. I booked five rooms for my family and began the check-in process at 2:30 PM, yet I didn’t receive my room after 4:00 PM. The second staff member attempted to assist me but provided me with invalid access cards, forcing me to leave my children waiting in front of the room while I returned after a long wait.
The staff (guy)was pleasant, but the process took too long; improvements are needed. Additionally, while waiting in the café lobby, we ordered some drinks, but we were not impressed with the staff; she didn’t seem to have a service-mindset at all.

Fab location Rooms excellent though a little tired but saying this was just the first impression ... when I say tired wood work doors draws etc scratches and scuffed But hey after a day didn't notice Room s had everything you needed Shower lovely and hot Cleanliness excellent View amazing Very quiet Slept so well 9/10 for room Club lounge very good but shame no view as in the basement Moet for free lovely touch Food good Staff excellent Sometime eggs poached not hot But saying this only small improvement Had a lovely stay and club lounge staff were really good thank you

The hotel management should check all the room before occupy by guest. The problems encounter by me are minor for bedroom except pillow, but can cause uncomfortable stay. The security problem in elevator is important. Need attention at all time.

Classic, Popular, Hong Kong waterside Hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful from Concierge to Front desk and Floor staff. Good Breakfast area and meeting lobby area. Many visitors return over and over again. Shout out to IHG Members Front Desk Team :)

Location is great, near the harbour dock, close to subway and K11 MUSEA ; Staff are friendly, nice and helpful; Room is clean and cosy , with a harbour view, comparable to stay. Breakfast is good, with western and local food style.

Everything was perfect, as usual. This time we stayed through Christmas and New Year. The staff is very polite and attentive. The view from the room is great. Location is perfect. Club lounge staff is just exceptional. We also tried again the Chinese restaurant and the food was also perfect as always.
