All is good except the bad traffic jam and noises rising to the hotel

1. The hotel room is big except it is dated 2. No breakfast 3. Insufficient bottled water. 4. Traffic is very bad travelling by car to the hotel. The car driver couldn’t maneuver into the hotel drop off, instead he dropped us by the roadside. We had 4 luggages to carry. 5. The lift ascending to different levels is difficult to access. Confusing.
Pros: 1. Near to most amenities 2. McDonald’s is next door
Excellent position and very nice rooms. I liked the kindness of the staff. In addition you’ve a swimming pool and gym. Subway stations not far than 600 meters. Very suggested stay at all. You can reach it from Pudong Airport by line 2 and 14. Very top choice.

Golden Miles Holiday Inn in HK has been my place to stay each time I visited the area since the last decade. The facilities has seen its up and down but the hospitality team has shown its consistent strength: knowledgeable of the area, willingness to help, accuracy and efficiency. It may be the choice of my stay in the future should I visit Asia again.
The Chinese restaurant of the hotel on the other hand is not that stellar. While the quality of food remain high, the integrity of managers was questionable except Ms Lui and Lisa. I stopped using the restaurant after being scammed out of using stuff I do not need.
Price transparency is very important and when customer does not want the product, it is important to honor their wish and not finding another way to charge them behind their back. This should not be the practice of restaurant inside a famous hotel chain. Ms Lui and Lisa though were honest and provided what I needed which made me return to the restaurant every time until I hit the other scammers.

We had two rooms booked for one night. The hotel's location is convenient and great for visitors. When we checked in, they acknowledged my IHG Diamond elite staus and upgraded both of our rooms. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the amenities were good. All staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Maggie He at the front desk for her great service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the foods & drinks provided at the club lounge. We all had a great time staying at this hotel. Thank you Crowne Plaza Foshan! We will be back!

The facilities were quite old, including the air-conditioner, the bath tube, TV and Wi-Fi. There’s only a bath tube in the washroom. However, the room service was efficient. The check-in experience wasn’t as good as my stay in Macao or other cities. I won’t recommend the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay and this hotel is a fine example of an IHG property. The location was great, excellent staff. The property was nicely maintained. This was my first visit to Hong Kong and the InterContinental Hotel Grand Stanford will definitely be part of my next visit
