We enjoyed our stay, the room was large enough for a queen size bed, a love seat, working table and still have room to walk around. Excellent location, we were able to take Metro from Hong Kong airport to the hotel with one transfer only. Breakfast is included daily, good food and service. The best part was the front desk staffs are very professional and friendly. Service like that will bring us back to this hotel. We definitely get the value of our money and we will be back.

My stay at InterContinental Shanghai Harbour City was absolutely perfect. The hotel’s exceptional buffet dinner left a lasting impression, complemented by a high-standard lounge and breakfast service. The quality of service throughout was impeccable, making these aspects the highlights of my stay.
The beautiful surroundings and elegantly designed rooms make this hotel an ideal destination for leisure and relaxation. The room condition was very good,however the staff was not very welcoming,I was not welcome d as a platinum member and the dinner and the restaurant on the 47th floor was very average,the pizza ordered was very disappointing.Overall I will not recommend the property.

1. Check-in Experience: The hotel was extremely crowded, with long lines at the front desk. Even the area designated for IHG Elites required a wait.
2. Welcome Amenities: The welcome experience was underwhelming, with only a few oranges offered, which fell short of expectations and was even less impressive than what is typically provided at Crowne Plaza hotels.
3. Breakfast Environment: The breakfast area was chaotic due to a lot of guests. Spilled juice and food littered the floor, with no staff attending to the cleanup. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and the taste was average.
4. Location: On a positive note, the hotel boasts a great location, conveniently close to Macau. This makes traveling to Macau easy and the views are quite appealing.
5. Executive Lounge: The executive lounge was small, with insufficient seating to accommodate the many guests, which detracted from the exclusive experience expected at such a facility.
Overall, the hotel felt overwhelmingly busy, which affected the quality across various aspects. While the location is advantageous, the overall experience was mediocre and not cost-effective. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

The hotel is pretty good. The staff is always available and smiling. The bed is quite comfortable: I usually suffer from back ache, but during my stay I had no problem at all. I enjoyed a lot the swimming pool.
