1/ 第一晚 - 床上有黑色爬行小黑点(因为酒店说蚤是看不到的,所以我用”小黑点”来形容!),向酒店投诉,即晚换了一间有厅及房的大床房间。 1/ First night - there was a moving black dot on the bed (coz hotel replied that the flea was invisible, so I used the term “black dot”). After my complaint, we changed to a double bed room (with a bedroom and living room).
2/ 第一晚 - 大床房间的浴室及洗手间设在睡房内,只有玻璃门,在内洗澡或如厕,有如当众表演,睡房内的人可一目了然。洗手间亦传来恶臭,但由于已很晚,第二天才再一次要求转到另一房间。 2/ First night - the bath room and toilet were located in the bedroom. They came with glass doors, and you were the performer if you were using them. And, the toilet was with a pungent choking smell. Since it was at late night, we waited until the second day to change to another room again.
3/ 第二晚 - 洗澡时水很冷(当时室外零下4度,水只微温),水压也很小。23:30,工程部人员上来视察,证明设施正常,承诺十分钟后弄妥。后来多番交涉,已是零晨0:20,前台经理告知人客太多,所以水不热,水不够水压,提出可到另一房间洗澡,或转到另一房间。这次我也忍不了,问前台经理说,我家人已等不了睡了,怎样我独自离开到别个房间或换房间。再者,若水温及水压有关,转房间有用吗? 3/ Second night - When bathing, the water was cold (actually, the water was only with a bit temperature while the outside temperature was -4), and with a low water flow pressure. The engineer came and checked at 23:30, confirming not the room facility problem, and promised to fix the problem in 10 minutes. At 0:20, after chasing for a few times, the front desk manager replied that the problem was due to too many guests accommodating in the hotel, making the low water temperature and flow pressure. The manager proposed me to bath at or changed to another room. I could not withstand and asked the manger - how could I leave my family to do this while they were waiting too long and fell into sleep. Most importantly, if the problem was due to “too many guests in the hotel”, could this problem be solved after changing the room?
另,自助早餐主要提供筷子作食用工具,只有少量刀叉在枱上。 Also, chopsticks are the main utensil at the the buffet breakfast with a limited supply of fork and knife on the table.
The ceiling showerhead in Room 2708 is severely clogged, making it almost impossible to take a proper shower. In the morning, there was no staff to assist with seating in the executive lounge during breakfast, yet some guests who appeared to be regulars were escorted to their seats later. In the afternoon, when checking out, there was no one at the lobby entrance to assist with loading luggage into the taxi.
