Stayed 6 nights here. Very close to the neighborhood that my wife grew up in. We spent majority of our time walking around and trying to find her childhood memories. It's emotional visit and we are glad to stay this hotel that makes our daily walk so easy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and efficient.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. First of all, the TV in my room had a serious problem. The picture quality was extremely poor, with part of the channels showing not only a lot of mosaics but also being so blurry that it was impossible to make out any details on the screen. Secondly, the blinds in the shower room could not be closed. This affected my privacy. I have always had a good impression of IHG hotels, and I believe that such problems are not in line with the high - standard service your brand usually provides. I hope you can take this matter seriously and take immediate measures to rectify these issues. In addition, I think some form of compensation, such as a discount on my next stay or some points added to my membership account, would be appropriate. I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the inability to adjust the temperature due to the central heating system. The room wasn't as clean as expected, and not being able to control the temperature has made my stay uncomfortable.
