I made few request for my room and they are all done quickly , the aircon was noisy but the engineer team came and fixed it as well promptly. The cleaning lady of 43rd floor is also very kind and polite . The room is clean and neat , one thing to improve is to provide cool aircon during winter , temputure at 22 degree Celsius is a bit too warm for my family. Breakfast was excellent as always , front desk staff are also very polite and efficient. I will recommend my friend to come as well.

1. 入住办理:钻石会员柜台无人,工作人员让我去对面的柜台办理。我说“这个牌子上不是写着钻石会员专属柜台吗?”工作人员在得知我是钻石会员后,才去对面叫他的同事来给我办理入住。显然,这家酒店现金旅客居多、钻石会员旅客很少,他们只重视现金旅客。Check-in: The Diamond member counter was empty, the staff asked me to go to the opposite counter to check in. I said, "Doesn't this sign say Diamond members only?" After the staff learned that I was a diamond member, they went across the lobby to ask his colleagues to check me in. Obviously, this hotel hosts cash travelers mostly, very rare diamond members stay, this hotel values cash travelers much more than IHG diamond member. 2. 我提前查到了大梅沙洲际酒店有2栋楼,其中一栋是普通房间楼、另一栋是行政楼。办理入住时我询问能否升级到行政楼的房间,工作人员告诉我不行,原因是行政楼是独立运营的。我心想:“什么???一家酒店的其中一栋楼独立运营???这是一家酒店还是两家酒店???”办理入住时工作人员没有介绍行政礼遇在哪里使用。当我去行政酒廊/行政俱乐部吃下午茶时,发现两栋楼距离一百多米,还好当天天气好,不敢想象如果是下雨天、或者盛夏,去另一栋楼使用行政酒廊是什么体验!!!那边除了行政酒廊之外,还有无边泳池。关于这些设施,没有一个工作人员向我介绍!!!I have found out in advance that there are two buildings in Intercontinental Dameisha Hotel, one of which is a common room building and the other is an executive building. When I checked in, I asked if I could upgrade to a room in the executive building, and the staff told me that I could not because the executive building is independently operated. I thought to myself, "What?? One building of a hotel operates independently?? Is this one hotel or two hotels??" When checking in, the staff did not introduce where the diamend and executive benefits would be used. When I went to the Executive Lounge/Executive Club for afternoon tea, I found that the two buildings were more than 100 meters apart. Fortunately, the weather was fine that day, and I couldn't imagine what it would be like to use the executive lounge in another building if it was rainy or in the middle of summer!! In addition to the executive lounge, there's an infinity pool. Regarding these facilities, not a single staff member has introduced me!! 3. The happy hour made me super unhappy!!! There was little variety, no hot food, and the foods were low grade!!! I have to walk 20 min to 711 to eat fast foods in the evening!!! That is super dissapointing and ruin my trust to InterContinental brand!!! Shake my loyalty to IHG One Reward program also. 4. I checked reviews on OTA Ctrip, saw that many cash travelers who have no IHG membership enjoyed free room upgrade, welcome friuts, this is the trick that this hotel has high ranking on Ctrip. If non-member can enjoy that, what is the meaning of spending a lot of money and effort to keep IHG diamond membershp??? The cash travelers of excecutive rooms were served 'Butler service', I was served nothing of that. Again, this hotel values cash travelers much more than IHG diamond member. I feel discriminated from many perspectives comparing cash travelers! If you value cash travelers much more than IHG diamond members, I urge you to remove InterContinental from the name of this hotel and stop cheating diamond members!!! If it's not InterContinental brand, I wouldn't spend my money and time to stay there! And I wouldn't have such dissappointing experiece!!! I have told my friends who have IHG diamond memberships do not go to this hotel!!!
I waited for 3 hours to have my room key upon check-in. The receptionist was very nice but the housekeeping was terrible. When I asked for some tissues, I had to wait for another 1.5-2 hours. I didn't understand why the effiency of housekeeping was so low during the public holiday peak time.

1. During check-in, the staff mistakenly said I was a platinum elite member. It was only after I corrected her that she realized I was a diamond elite member. 2. Furthermore, I informed them before my check-in that I would arrive at the hotel at 2 pm at that day i will check in, but when I arrived, my room had not been prepared. 3. In the first few days after checking into the room, I requested the reception to arrange for someone to clean and change the bed sheets. However, the room cleaning staff did not change them. The next day, I called the reception to explain that I needed the bed sheets changed and that the staff had not done so. However, when I returned to my room, the bed sheets had not been changed. .. A few days later, a female staff member took over the room cleaning duties and changed the bed sheets for me. 4. A few days before my check-in, a male staff member cleaned my room. However, he didn't clean the bathroom properly, and the anti-slip mat remained uncleaned. 5. The boiled noodles for breakfast were scattered and broken, and the soup had no taste at all. The chef was careless and didn't check it.
