The Hotel is good for a stay and I often stay here in this hotel due to office requirement. The rooms are comfortable and has adequate area and space. Park view side of the room is quite good and relaxing Breakfast, Yeah its ok. has multiple things however, we can also introduce some of the vegan options for food or soup Considering the diversity of people staying The some staff are really helpful and straight forward which I do like. Toiletries in the room can be improved. Main are of improvement is the Air-conditioned. The room Air conditioner are extremely poor and this is something which Hotel management need to work on. I had stay in summer and in winter the AC is unable to cool down the rooms in summer and it is really hot and the person will feel hot and Uncomfortable. This also impact the sleep and the mood of the person

Check-in was easy and quick and staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel is convenient to get to bus stops and subway stations a few blocks away. Room was as requested quiet clean, and comfortable. Carpets on the hall could use a good vacuuming. Breakfast was all right, however catered mostly to Asians. Rice soup, cold noodles and dressings, green salad, tomatoes and cucumbers, fried rice, steamed bread, and fish dumplings. Some curry choices with vegetables and sauces. Orange juice is Tang, apple juice is watered down with ice, coffee machine only one choice of black small cup. Scrambled eggs are a yellow mixture that doesn’t resemble or taste like eggs. What was described as “bone in ham” is spam, and chicken sausages are little hot dogs. No cheese or hot milk available. Breakfast staff could be a little bit more friendly to customers. Also there are no microwave in hotel and was told by front desk staff to take my food/milk to a Seven Eleven convenience store to warm it up - that was strange and unacceptable. Overall, a great hotel with room for improvement.

This is my second time staying at this hotel as weekend get away. Everything is reasonably good given its price. I love the food here, especially the lounge happy hour. Alcohol choice is limited due to short of star staff I guess, but I still enjoyed it. They upgraded me to one bedroom suit and I really appreciate it. Thanks again and I will definitely choose it as one of my getaway destinations.

The hotel is near the lake and shopping, very convenient and beautiful view. The breakfast and lounge provides many kinds of food. The swim pool is also good, water very warm during winter. The bathroom is good view and big enough. The facilities in room is a bit old but still accepted

First, the staff were great! Every staff person we interacted with was friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the hotel needs an update to the rooms, or at least the room we stayed in. The mildew smell was strong upon entering the room and only became less noticeable with the fan/air conditioner. The carpet was dingy and the bathroom curtain and shade were not much better. We had the breakfast and the buffet was ok; enough variety for pretty much everyone to be able to find something. Perhaps a pet peeve, but the elevator always smelled like smoke. We wouldn’t stay at this property again, despite the outstanding staff.
