The bathtub lacks sufficient safety equipment (e.g., grab bars or a shower chair), which could pose risks for guests with mobility challenges. 2. **Non-Slip Mat Incident**: Unfortunately, the non-slip mat in the tub caused an accident—my toes were injured and began bleeding, likely due to wear or uneven edges. Additionally, the bathtub’s sink protrusion is awkwardly placed, leading to an accidental kick while showering. 3. **General Maintenance**: While the room was functional, the hotel’s age shows in its outdated fixtures and wear. Modernization would greatly improve comfort.

We booked 4 nights after CNY and hotel was packed; breakfast is getting worse and worse.
The most annoying thing was the extremely slow check-in process. No one was giving preference to Diamond Elite Status line. It took us 45 mins to finish the check-in process. Staff is enough but they are talking too much to the guests. It seems that they don’t manage well the system. Every step was endless; passports, visas, breakfast schedule; registration of relatives; payment summary; welcome drink; payment process; room keycard, etc etc etc.

I wrote a review last time, but it was not registered, so I am writing it again. I stayed in room 4706 last January, and I was very satisfied. The location is really good, and the staff was very kind, which impressed me. I would especially like to praise the two staff members working in the club lounge. Sylvia was kind and tried to help me carefully. The short staff member with tied hair made us feel good with her cheerful attitude. The reason I booked this hotel again in February is because I liked this. I want to have a good time when I stay at this hotel again.
