The hotel is tidy and clean. The check in process is fast, they collect your ID and create the room card and then allow me go to the room and they deal with the remaining paperworks themselves. It only takes me 3 minutes to check in. The staff is friendly.

Comfortable bed and excellent service at an inexpensive price

The location is great, next to the Jinji lake, there is some sightseeing places nearby, and also some shopping malls few blocks away. It’s a great place for family events. The seniors and young adults are very comfortable.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. First of all, the TV in my room had a serious problem. The picture quality was extremely poor, with part of the channels showing not only a lot of mosaics but also being so blurry that it was impossible to make out any details on the screen. Secondly, the blinds in the shower room could not be closed. This affected my privacy. I have always had a good impression of IHG hotels, and I believe that such problems are not in line with the high - standard service your brand usually provides. I hope you can take this matter seriously and take immediate measures to rectify these issues. In addition, I think some form of compensation, such as a discount on my next stay or some points added to my membership account, would be appropriate. Whilst the hotel is located in a relatively central area, the room was tired, damaged and not clean enough. It was a good size but felt substandard. Breakfast was disappointing.

I previously stayed at this hotel back in 2017/2018, had a great experience then, and was happy to have the same great experience last week. The hotel, decor, environment is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are lovely, happy to answer questions and always helpful. I would stay here again the next time I visit Hong Kong. One detail, the room temp tends to stay on the cool side, so if you like that (thermostat tops out at 25.5 C), then it’s perfect. I like to be on the warmer side, so, if there’s any room for improvement, it’s to allow a little more increase in temp. Otherwise, definitely recommend this hotel!
