I was hoping to get points instead of welcome drinks when I checked in. Instead, I was informed the hotel will only extend 2 x welcome drinks at their rooftop bar instead of points.
Rather disappointing.
All else were up to expectations.

Great stay at the location!

Having been to another Hotel Indigo location I was excited to experience this stay.
The decor and overall atmosphere were amazing. We arrived earlier than check in so they were able to check us in and hold out luggage. We explored the area while waiting for our room. While not expected or normal, we were able to get our room about 90 minutes before actual check in.
The room was beautiful and clean. Lots of water and snacks provided. The view of the park was beautiful and a nice background forms to settle in to the room.
The bathroom was spacious and offered just the things we needed. The shower area is a sight to behold and it was great utilizing the tub.
On the last night the curtain to the shower/tub wouldn’t close however, we decided to just bare the small inconveniences and not let it ruin an amazing stay.
We informed the staff of the issue and they were very supportive in trying to resolve the issue. They offered us a breakfast meal as a small consideration. We enjoyed it very much.
The gym is a little small but serves its purpose. We used it several times during our stay. The location itself was close to many walkable malls, food locations, and the train.

這次入住酒店，住豪華套房房型，一進入房間就驚呼連連，電動窗簾自動捲起，室內空間大、裝潢典雅有在地特色，室內衛浴設施空間大、採光佳、緊鄰中央公園，望出戶外一片翠綠；臥室整面落地窗，晚間欣賞無敵夜景，真是放鬆愜意、而電動窗簾降落後，又可以完全遮蔽戶外光線，有良好睡眠品質，真是太寵愛房客了…….，住房經驗非常滿意，下次有機會入住，會再選擇同房型房間；checkout 時，櫃檯人員自動親切問候寒暄，才知道，有幫我們主動升等房型，哇喔，感謝您們，讓我們這次留下美好的住宿體驗！

Great appreciation to warm hearted staffs

It was a fabulous stay in hotel indigo Kaohsiung.
Though my birthday was two days ago, the staffs had kindly prepared birthday gifts for my celebration. I was especially touched seeing handwritten letter for me which was unique from other hotels.
Check-in process was very smooth, the rooftop bar was fancy (though it was a pity I enjoy a drink there due to rainy weather), coffee was also tasty at the cafe on 1st floor. All facilities are well equipped and organized.
With the best services around (staffs always greeted us with warm smile), I felt more pleasant to stay at hotel indigo Kaohsiung

The Holiday Inn Express Tianjin Heping has an ideal location with less than a minute walk from the front door to a metro line. The room was very warm (great in the cold weather!), and had a lovely view, on top of being very clean. The staff were all very friendly, helping us out in both English and Chinese. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tianjin!

A wonderful experience at this hotel started from the warm reception by Karen. Actually all staffs are friendly with the smile on their face all the time. The room was spacious and clean, with comfort bed and convenient facilities. I’d recommend trying this hotel no matter for business or leisure.
