When I checked in, the front desk never mentioned anything about the air conditioner. However, when I got into the room, I noticed the air conditioner was not functioning. And the room temperature went up to 29 degrees. I called the service center and the lady seemed to feel quite normal about this situation and they sent me a fan but did?not cool down the room for even one degree.

The manager kindly provided a generous upgrade to a big suite. Almost every thing is good. The breakfast as well as dinner is excellent. Hotel staff also warm. A good stay!
