On the third day of my stay, I found a lighter in the bathrobe pocket. This was completely unacceptable. I don’t smoke, so how did a lighter end up there? The only explanation is that the bathrobe was not replaced and was simply reused from a previous guest. When I brought this up to the front desk, they insisted that all bathrobes are changed after each guest, which I found quite ridiculous.
