Excellent service! Professional Ms. Seven!

This room was booked for a business trip. The most impressive part about the stay was the manager Ms. Seven, who’s always there when customers needed any help. She’s one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met in my past decades experience with hotel stays, being helpful, warmhearted, patient, and perfectly professional. The hotel itself was in the city centre and with excellent convenience. Customers could reach whatever needed easily on foot. Frankly speaking, I cannot recall details about the decorations and facilities of the hotel very well now, but the excellent service of the staff still impresses me and ensures my future stays in this hotel as the first priority once I go to Wuxi next time.
