I appreciate the service that hotel staff provided to customers upon my stay. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing I would say is the food served in the breakfast- vegetables are cooked using too much oil that looked not very healthy. Besides that, I would give an overall stay experience a big A+

A wonderful stay

Staff friendly, upgraded by the front desk. Location is great, attractions and shopping mall within walking distance. Great view of grand canal through the room. Has many selections for breakfast, if there are staff assigning the tables would be wonderful. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great place to stay

Highly recommend this great hotel. Nice location, Nice view over the old cannel, polite and professional front desk, clean room and ambiance, super breakfast, as well as nice parking lot. The only thing if I have to point out something is the room temperature is a little bit higher for me (hot in the Winter), even I turned off the air conditioner when I just got into my room.
