First, all the staff members were professional and kind. In reception, Vivian Xiao (肖倩)worked on everything smoothly and quickly.
Then, during our stays, everything was organized in order. The gentleman who worked by the entrance helped us carry our luggage to the car, which was a plus.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre and had an excellent experience. The hotel's central location made it very convenient, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the modern amenities and on-site dining options added to the overall convenience and quality of my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
The room and reception services are almost perfect.
It's just that the catering is too sluggish, and the amount of dishes in Chinese restaurants is slightly less.
The breakfast fruits are too rudimentary, and the supervision of the beverage area is not in place, resulting in pouring drinks all over oneself and the dishes being too monotonous. The membership area is virtually non-existent.
If I had known breakfast wasn't delicious, I wouldn't have woken up early.
