I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly, but the breakfast was a letdown. During the Spring Festival, as there were many guests, we queued for breakfast. Director Xu said the two dining halls had the same food. But I found big differences in the dishes between the halls, with special items missing in one.
I gave feedback on the first day, stressing that such deception was unacceptable and suggesting they be honest with guests. yet the problem persisted on the second day. This not only ruined my experience but also violated the hotel's integrity.
Besides, my child had acute gastroenteritis. When I wanted to pack porridge, the hotel said I could after signing a waiver. However, the staff gave me the wrong agreement. After an argument, the manager realized the mistake.

The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and were very efficient during check-in. Throughout my stay, the staff were always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any request.

Excellent location. The housekeeping lady on our floor was very pleasant and super efficient. Always a smile. However, this is not what I would say for receptionist who checked us - found her to most inhospitable I have ever encountered on my extensive travels for numerous years.

The room need to be cleaned properly, especially the towels. The food is simple, restaurant is so noisy. The smell in the room is not that well, need to be improved if possible.
