I had two concerns during the stat. Thought to keep you posted, so you can improve.
1. Taxi: When waiting for Taxi queue at the hotel, there is no clarity,
# I was not clear whether my wait time is depended on whether a public taxi was available on the street or if the hotel staff had informed a cab to arrive.
# The Hotel Staff Or Front Door Staff did not approach unless I approached them for a taxi.
# Like in other Hotels, I do not see any taxi light outside the hotel, informing the ongoing taxi's to come inside the hotel to pickup an available passenger.
It was not clear at all. Hope you something about it.
2. The Food Ordering Menu must be visible when the guest checks in. The room making staff should leave it on the table or bedside to notice. In my case, it was hidden inside a file in the drawer.
The guest who stayed earlier might place some things in the room differently and not at. Proper place. It is the duty of the room-making staff to place them at the right place when making the room ready for the next guest.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Especially 周凯 but ms.张欢欢 she knew i can speak Chinese so she seems like speaks in an impolite manner btw every team member was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The staff is lovely, kind, and friendly. whether Mr. Shawn York, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Kevin xie and Mr. Leo . They all did a great job and made me feel better after the unimpressive experience at check-in. I need to mention the person who checked me in, though—Ms. Zhao Huanhuan (赵欢欢). She did not provide good service and was extremely disrespectful. I had to repeat myself more than three times, and each time, she ignored what I explained. I’m not sure if she could communicate in English. If she didn’t understand what I was saying, she should have told me or used a translator. Alternatively, she could have explained things to me because my friend could communicate in Chinese However, as soon as my friend spoke in Chinese, Ms. Zhao Huanhuan responded in a dismissive tone. Additionally, during check-in, she even lifted one of her legs, which was the worst behavior I’m ever encountered. I would like to praise Mr. Shawn York for being very considerate and helpful to his colleague, Ms. Zhao Huanhuan, during the check-in process. She responded to him in an unkind tone. I hope that the behavior of Ms. Zhao Huanhuan will not happen again with anyone else.
