I recently had a very disappointing experience during breakfast. I ordered an omelet without green peppers, but I received one that included them. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they assured me they would make a new one and asked me to wait for 2-3 minutes.
However, when I returned to my seat, the new omelet still had green peppers! This is a serious issue, especially for guests who have allergies to green peppers. It’s concerning that such a mistake could happen multiple times, even after I clearly specified my request.
Additionally, as a hotel member, I expected to receive better service. Unfortunately, during this stay, I did not feel any special treatment, and I wasn't even properly seated during breakfast. The staff at check-in were more friendly, but the overall breakfast experience was quite poor.
In summary, I left feeling very disappointed. I hope the hotel can improve its service quality, particularly regarding customer dietary requirements, to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests.

I am a Platinum member and also a long-time regular customer of the hotel. I also asked to note my room requirements when I arrived here, but when I arrived, gave me rooms that were not what I wanted. But most importantly, when I was not satisfied when I arrived, The Hotel did not support me and did not have any solution to satisfy me during the 6 nights I stayed, even though I asked to meet the manager on the first day to present, but I was still not satisfied with the way the management handled when regular customers were not satisfied. I really do not understand how you manage. Maybe you do not need to care about regular customers. Maybe because you have a good location and reputation, so you do not need to care about regular customers?

I had a 4-night stay at the property with my family of 5. From beginning to end, all the staff made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome. The abundance of children’s amenities was really helpful, especially since we have a 10-month-old baby. The ambassador, Lily, was also great—prompt and helpful, always available on WeChat to assist with any needs. There were tons of kids' activities, 3 different heated pools for both kids and adults, as well as a professional photo shoot, which made the whole stay interesting and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a family trip.

On Feb 24 2025, mom and I returned to stay here for our second time. Tiffany at front desk was helpful, patient and professional as well. Vivian and Alan, very attentive and shined with keen welcoming friendliness. Housekeeping team had hugely improved since my last stay, really impressed, very quality service but I still see rooms for improvement. Cleaners at the hotel all polite and they did their job so well, always greeted you properly; making our stay even more pleasant seeing everywhere so clean, even the corridors and elevators! Last but not least, 亞榮, the bell man was helpful and thoughtful, always ready to offer assistance to guests. We really wanted to thank all the staffs here, from housekeeping, cleaners to front desk, bellmen, security and the managers for making our stay this time even more enjoyable, comfortable and memorable!
