Their manager promised to call me back but no phone calls at all. - the staffs are not professional with help people to get what they want. You need to ask again and again. - the room cleaning is not complete. - no special events during new year eve.

Great staff service, while location and food qualify a bit below expectation

Overall enjoyed my stay, especially considering the great service received from Ms. Yang and Mr. Long from the staff. Hotel room was clean with bed and bath all very comfortable. Hotel location is not at the most popular or convenient location so that's up to individual visitors to decide. Maybe due to low season, there were only a few guests at the breakfast buffet when I visited around 9 am on a Sunday morning. And the food options were fairly limited with quite a lot of them only lukewarm. That was the only disappointing point during my visit but otherwise I enjoyed my stay and again very much appreciate the staff's great service.

Booked a twin bedroom non-smoking room. Due to some reason was told upgrade to a smoking King size suite at club foor with lounge access(note listed in the system confirnation).
Day 1: Access to club lounge without issue Day 2: Denied access even show to the staff that I got the access as shown in the IHG app. But they denied it even confirm with the her superior.
And the floor manager did call me and said will give me one time access to the lounge not as shown.
To me this is not called upgrade, booked for twin beds. Only got one kingsize bed. Meaning another person need to sleep on the tiny extra bed.
Note the hotel is pretty worn out and need upgrade and maintenance.. TV resolution and audio is like in the 80s/90s.

This is a 1st-rate hotel, from park-like surroundings with clean canal to facilities and services in hotel. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is very good by itself, and provides extra menu items for IHG elite members; lounge happy hour has rich range of food. Rooms are clean and comfortable Location close to convention centre but a bit far from town, so the shopping consumer-type traveller may prefer amore central location. I Iike the hotel much.
