Overall, the room was great, and the breakfast was excellent. However, there were two aspects that left much to be desired. First, at the member - exclusive front desk, during the check - in process, I didn't feel any hospitality or professionalism from the staff. Their service was rather cold and perfunctory, which really dampened my mood. Second, the swimming pool's condition was disappointing. The water quality was poor. After using the pool, my eyes became irritated. Moreover, there were obvious green moss stains on the pool walls, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. I hope you will take these issues into consideration and make improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

Easy to get around Shenzhen, great location and not too far from anywhere.
Gym is great to stay active, rooms are perfect for business trips places to work and charge laptop comfortably plenty of space to meet with clients and very helpful staff

i have stayed for 2 night there, the environment is good so far, but seem the room is empty for a long time, i can grab from dust from bath tub and i have cleaned for a while to remove them from the surface...
and the showroom also has some smile of dust.. no worries i can use the shower tub to clean around before taking a shower
but i cannot remove the insect and i have got some bite from leg to my finger ...
however i got allergy with small insect with mosquito bite together at the short period of time... and therefore i am not well after i back to HK, since those bite made my skin and i got urticaria again...
the food was good, and the service are excellent apart from the fried rice ... we have tasted this fries rice was come from yesterday night (it cooked in last night and serve the remains on another morning)
but other than that.. all are good..
remarks: can you provide the harder pillow!? it seems too soft
